Magical trip to the Highlands

Kym was energetic to help my friend and I plan a trip to Scotland. She listened to what we wanted and she exceeded our expectations. Kym was patient through the entire experience and very professional. And while on the trip something went wrong (second hotel didn't get booked as expected), Kym woke up early in the morning, made a few adjustments and saved me $100!
