Pamela is awesome! She helped us book our honeymoon trip to Mexico but unfortunately, we had to cancel it the day before due to COVID. However, she was so caring, empathetic, and helpful as she walked us through the travel insurance claim process. Even though we were crunched for time, she still found us an AMAZING honeymoon destination that we decided to book for the following month. The honeymoon was everything all thanks to Pamela. Perfect Costa Rica graduation trip!

Pam helped us arrange our first cruise ever to the Caribbean on Viking Ocean in 2019. This year we took 2 more cruises, one with our whole family on Celebrity Apex in the Greek Isles and 1 Viking River on the Danube. We are currently working on 2 more. Working with Pamela Fierro was a pleasure. We communicated by phone a couple of times and then by email. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. This was the first time my wife and I have been overseas and Mrs. Fierro helped to put us at ease with our decision to use Coastwise Travel. Everything was planned out and the trip went exactly the way. Pamela planned each of our excursions and also left time for us to relax and do some personal sightseeing. Drivers arrived on time and were courteous and informative. Flights were all planned out and went smoothly. We did not have to worry about anything. Our hotels were clean , comfortable , and the staff was helpful and saw to our needs. The hotels were close to restaurants and shops. Our excursions went well beyond our expectations, not just hitting the most popular sites, but also including things that we did not expect. Bucket List trip - We had the BEST TRIP EVER!

Pam has alot of travel experience personally and providing services for her clients. She can make recc for schedules , activities, travel items, restaurants, and really anything to make that annual trip, weekend getaway or huge bucket list trip done! Shes responsive, and professional! We just returned from our third trip planned with Coastwise and it was a big one- Two climates, two countries, four flights, couples who don't live in the same city traveling together, two currencies, two time zones, lost and broken luggage. They knocked it out of the park and helped when we needed it. The drivers and guides were amazing, and we had the absolute best trip checking not one but two bucket list countries (Ireland and Iceland) and a long list of things we wanted to see in both from kissing the Blarney Stone, seeing the Cliffs of Moher, and staying in a castle...to glacier falls, ice caves, volcanos and lava, lagoons, and geysers!

Pamela is absolutely AMAZING! She is very hands-on and personable. I have worked with other travel agents before and their initial phone consultation lasts 10-15 minutes and all they ask is where we want to go and what our budget is. Pamela is completely the opposite! Our first phone conversation was about 45 minutes long. She wanted to know about us, how we like to travel, where we want to go, what we most liked and disliked about previous travel, our budget, and so much more. She was so knowledgeable about all the areas she talked about and was able to cater to touristy activities as well as adventures that aren't the typical cookie-cutter experience. Pam did a great job for us. She was able to get us a better room for the same rate. When my travel plans put the trip up in the air, Pam was in contact the whole way to make sure I was going to make the trip. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who cared so much about our trip.
