Travel Agent

I have been traveling my whole life, from trips to Maine & Florida or 6 weeks going across the USA- I did it all as a child.  Now that I am older, I continue to travel extensively.  I've avoided sunburn in Mexico as well as on at such islands as Turks and Caicos, Grenada, St Lucia and the Dominican Republic.  I've worked on my sea legs with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess & Carnival cruise lines.  I've plied the Rhine and Danube with AMA Waterways and Uniworld. I've climbed the Great Wall of China.  I've gotten up close and personal with the gargoyles of Notre Dame in Paris.  I've hugged a koala and looked for hobbits in the South Pacific.  I've ridden the bullet train in Japan. I did a snow angel on the Columbia Icefields in Alberta Canada. 

I often get asked what my favorite destination is.  My quick answer is often "Someplace that I haven't been!'   Each destination has given me appreciation for the people, natural wonders and culture.  Whether it's the friendliness of  the Dominican people or the dramatic vistas of Iceland, I leave amazed.  That being said,  I found Japan to be magical.  I am a sucker for a Japanese garden and I saw plenty!  The people were so helpful(don't get me started on the food!).  I was trying to navigate their subway(tough when you don't speak the language).   A wonderful man noticed my confusion and not only helped me buy my ticket, he led me to my gate!  And yes, it is clean.  I would love to go back and share Japan with new travelers.  I know that they would come back as amazed as I!

I love helping people discover a new destination or experience. My travel experiences have helped me see the transformative nature of travel. Travel brings us all together and helps us see that we are not alone. I love sharing my love of travel.  This love of the whole travel experience and my 15 years in the travel industry gives me the tools to plan great getaways for all ages!
