Lauren is absolutely fantastic! She takes care of all the little details so that everything goes smoothly once we arrive. She has helped us book large group trips including extended families on a number of occasions. Even with multiple families arriving from several cities around the country, she makes sure everyone is taken care of with the plans and accommodations they need!

Lauren was amazing in helping make every detail of our trip perfect. She is very knowledgeable on all of the Disney properties, restaurants and experiences. Lauren was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We were able to get literally every Disney reservation we wanted because of Lauren’s help. She really takes the time to get to know your specific situation (purpose of the trip, who is going, price range, goals, etc.).
