Made our honeymoon AND family vacation perfect! I didn't have to worry about little details bc she had it all printed out and neatly put together for me! Anything I needed was in front of me but worst case scenario just a phone call away which thankfully bc of her we did need to do that either! I also loved she had first hand experience and knowledge so we knew what were the "must do things" without having to learn the hard way!

If you want a travel agent who’s easy to work with, efficient, and attentive to every detail, look no further than Anderson’s Designs Travel (Jamie Anderson). They made planning fun and stress-free—I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I would recommend the Majestic Mirage to those who have not been. It’s really clean, good food as well as super friendly staff that speak English.

Jamie has been so patient and helpful organizing the first of many trips for my husband and I. I lost my first husband after 27 years of marriage/ 30 years together of brain cancer. He’s been gone 14 years. I have been very blessed to find another amazing man and just celebrated our 2nd Anniversary in May at beautiful resort in Rivera Maya! We are getting ready to go on an Alaskan Cruise soon and Jamie has been so easy to talk too and plan/organize these wonderful trips for us to treasure! Worry Free Travel

We booked a wonderful beach vacation in January. Unfortunately, winter weather caused cancelations and delay with our travel. Jamie made sure we were taken care of. When we missed a connection, she made sure we had a room and next flight out before we even landed. We had no worries or problems to solve, she took care of everything. We got to our resort two days late and she managed to have our stay extended two days. We missed no time on the beach.

Italy: Our dream trip

From the beginning stages of planning our trip to Italy, Jamie met with us several times, which was extremely helpful. As the trip neared, Jamie came to our house and delivered a packet with all of the info we needed for our trip. She also had me download the Trip Plans app which had everything attached--plane ticket info, hotels, train info--all of this was very helpful. Due to a long layover going to Italy she made sure we had complementary access to the Admiral's Club, where we could have meals and drinks.
Once we were in Italy, if we texted her, she was very prompt if we had a question or needed help with something. She was quick to respond even though there was a seven hour time difference.
Jamie took care of everything, air and train travel, hotels, BNBs, cooking classes, skip the line entries to museums etc.. All of this took a lot of stress off of us so we could enjoy our travels. I would definitely recommend her to others and will definitely use her services again!

Great Hawaiian Cruise

Jamie was extremely professional and thorough. We wanted to book a Hawaiian cruise just a month out. She identified cruise dates that still had the types of rooms available that we prefered and walked us through the booking process. Jamie made sure we had everything that we needed for the trip. She checked in with us to make sure things were going well all along the way. Without Jamie, we would not have known what packages made sense to add to the cruise or what excrusions were the best. We had never used a travel agent but we are so glad we gave it a try! Jamie Anderson helped us choose a vacation and then tailored it to our wishes. She did everything! We had no idea traveling could be so smooth and stress free. Jamie is magic, lol. She made things happen that we never even thought to consider. There were times she even told us to turn left at certain concourses, what to expect when our flights got changed, handled all the flight communications and even had a couples massage and dinner reservations in place when we arrived at the resort. Because she had visited Couples Resort, as she does with so many, many places, she knew personally what it looked like and all the amenities. We are already planning our next trip because of this easy experience! You won't regret working with Jamie!

Jamie was great at listening to what we wanted out of our vacation and suggesting the best location, packages, etc. she went above and beyond to answer our questions before booking, after booking and helped with passport, ticket, luggage etc. loved the gifts she gave us before travel- the blanket especially was used alot during travel on the cold planes.

Honeymoon

Jamie was at a bridal show near me and although I don’t remember her because of so many vendors, she sent an email that was very enticing. She explained what she does, why she is important, and how she is no extra charge the consumer. She drew us in and got us set up. She sent us to the best resort I have ever been to in Mexico, Secrets Moxche. AMAZING!!! She sent us to the airport with a packet of how to navigate our whole trip. Along with that a personalized bag and cups:). The pictures were extremely helpful and the Amstar reps were over the top great as well.
We had a cancelled flight on our way home and Jamie picked up on the second ring. She immediately got on the phone with Funjet and in 2 hours we had a new flight, she started our claim, and stayed updated with us the whole time. Without her we would probably still be in Cancun. Jamie is great, let her be your travel agent!
