I reached out to Jen about a week ago asking for recommendations in NYC. She quickly booked a great hotel for us conveniently located near Rockefeller Center because we were going to The Today Show for an early morning concert. She got us Amtrack tickets for less than what I was looking at. Jen has so much knowledge about NYC and offered great suggestions on what we could do. My husband and I had a great 24 hours in NYC to celebrate our anniversary. This is the second trip Jen has booked for us and we will continue to reach out to her for all our travel needs!

Jen is the best! We have used her several times and she is always very detailed in her planning. She took the time to explain how Disney Genie+ worked so when we were at the parks had no issue getting on the rides. We cannot wait to plan our next vacation with Jen!

Jen was absolutely brilliant with all her help and advice. She put together a plan for us (which I wasn’t expecting as we only purchased theme park tickets). The plan was full of tips and advice on how to make the most of our time at each park. Our tickets were sent across with the plan and an app which made keeping everything together really easy. Picking up our tickets at guest services was quick and easy. By buying tickets through Jen it gave us early access to Universal which we found really useful. Nothing was too much trouble and she linked our tickets with my online Disney account. I asked a lot of questions and she answered each and every one in order and would email again to see if everything was ok. I would absolutely recommend Jen and all of her services, she was fab and very easy to speak or email with. We had a wonderful EU vacation with Jen’s help from start to finish. Everything was well planned and I loved the travel planner app that she uses for her clients. That had all our tickets uploaded in one single place, easy to access. It had all details of dates and times we had to be at certain places.. She even helped us with checking in to flights when I didn’t have much internet access. Overall a wonderful experience. She was available at all times during our trip and felt approachable when we needed her help. We appreciate her work and the time she devoted to making this trip memorable.

Jennifer was great to work with, she was able to help change around my trip, cancel and re-schedule things as needed. Jen was also great with helping put everything together from the start. The itinerary app she uses was very helpful as well.

Working with Jennifer was a blessing. We have a 11 year old grandson that suffers from Autism and Social Anxiety which makes these outings difficult for him. Jennifer gave us valuable information to help with these issues and by doing so he had the best vacation of his life. Park to Park passes are a must!!!

Jen was amazing through the whole process. She took care of every detail when it came to planning our trip to the Dominican Republic! We were able to make amazing memories without a worry! I would 100% recommend and use her again.

Our trip was more magical than I could’ve imagined!!! I’m so glad Jen took the time to talk me through what it would be like going to Walt Disney World after Christmas. Jen Travis loves her Job which makes her simply amazing at what she does. we haven't taken our vacation yet but Jen is there every step of the way. If I have any Questions or concerns about anything she is always there to answer us and put us at ease. we love her high energy and the fact that she seems just as excited as we are to make our vacation perfect. all I can say is if you want a stress and worry free vacation Jen Travis is your woman for sure!!!
