Terri has always presented us with some terrific and realistic descriptions of upcoming new adventures. I've traveled a lot over the years, but a bit sporadically, so always appreciate her suggestions for new places to visit, especially with small groups. She has always double checked all our arrangements for seamless travel, and interfaces well with all guides and transport. Her descriptions of physical effort needed were always spot on, safe but with the option to participate or rest up a bit if needed. I'm already planning 2 more trips with Terri, for 2026 and 2027.

I have had Terri plan the last few trips I have taken. She listens to what you’re looking for in a trip and always finds the perfect adventures. She is detail oriented and it shows in every aspect of her planning. Our Italy trip was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to Terri! Every detail was expertly arranged — from Milan to Lake Como, through the Swiss Alps, then down to Florence, Tuscany, Siena, San Gimignano, and finally Rome. Each stop was unique and breathtaking, with seamless transfers, wonderful hotels, and personalized recommendations that made the experience stress-free and special. We travel a bit in USA - and once earlier abroad to London and Wales. This was to be a trip of a lifetime to ITALY!!!! As the title of my review states - the bar has been set HIGH. From the very first communication via phone, followed by an in person meeting, Terry was wonderful to work with. She was in constant communication (not overly-cause that could happen) but just enough to show she was on top of our plans and thinking about us. When the trip itself started we had a few hiccups, ALL caused by the airport, which honestly I'd rather know the plane is ready to fly vs loading everyone up. I reached out to a travel agent Terri had given me to contact if something was to happen (she ended being out of town the day we left), well that agent was 100% as good as Terri. She worked diligently behind the scenes to comfort us and even checked in with us the next day to see how we were doing (missed connection in Heathrow and spent 12 hours waiting for next available flight) - by then I

I have booked several trips to Europe with Terri. She has great suggestions on activities to do and not to do. Her hotel recommendations have been wonderful and she responds quickly if any issues come up.

I recently took a cruise to the British Virgin Islands on the Windstar Sailboat. The trip was well-organized, offering numerous port sightseeing options, delicious food, and an overall fantastic vacation experience. Whether booking an entire vacation (flights, cruises, tours, etc.) or just advising on available extras on trips you've planned on your own, Terri is always ready, willing, and able to advise you and facilitate booking them. And you can always count on Terri to be completely honest when asking her advice regarding ideas you've come up with. If she thinks it's not a great idea, she'll tell you. She's constantly looking out for you so your travels can be as worry-free as possible.

Terri coordinated a bus tour of Ireland for us, beginning and ending in Dublin. Everything about the trip was covered and perfect down to the smallest detail. Throughout the booking process leading up to the trip, she was extremely responsive to all our requests and questions, making us feel fully prepared for the trip. We've now booked a second trip with her based on the experience.
