Champagne tasting in France!
Hello! My name is Meredith Peccolo, and I joined Travelmation in 2021.
The travel bug got me on my first trip to Paris at the age of 12, and I haven’t stopped traveling since. I majored in French in college and studied abroad twice in France and once in Québec. I became a high school French teacher, which allowed me to continue my passion to travel. With close to 20 years experience as a language teacher, I organized and led many student travel abroad trips including an exchange program with a school in the suburbs of Paris.
I love to travel with my husband, James. We enjoy wine and spirits tours and have been on several including:
-The Bourbon Trail in Kentucky
-Pinot Noir country in Oregon
-Champagne region in France
-Tuscany and Piedmont regions in Italy
-Basque region in Spain
-Napa and Sonoma Valleys in California
We also love checking out top 50 restaurants and have been to a few in Mexico, Italy, Spain, and California.
My husband and I live in Knoxville, TN with our fur babies, Francesca and Giacomo.

Our experience with Meredith was excellent. Her approach to learning more about us and our needs began with a personal phone conversation and that helped raise the comfort level. Knowing our needs she put together a comprehensive list of recommendations. From that point Meredith handled all of the reservations and putting the plan together. Her itinerary was very detailed and complete so we had all the information we needed for each day of our three week trip. During our travels Meredith kept in touch with reminders of hotels, land transportation bookings and flight information as well as taking care of any changes that needed to be made. Post trip, Meredith kept in touch to be sure that all went as planned . . . which it did.

Meredith was a joy to work with! Because of her, I was able to experience the trip of a lifetime! She is organized, responsive, and flexible. She helped me and my friend find the perfect tour that fit our budget, and helped us get organized with documents, travel insurance, and things to do during our downtime on the tour. She was there to help us whenever we asked a question and responded to us SO quickly. When our trip time finally arrived, she surprised us with Starbucks gift cards to keep us awake during our travel! I highly recommend working with Meredith for all your travel plans!
