Planning a big trip can be overwhelming and intimidating! This is my second European vacation arranged by Cait. She made it easy,seamless..took away the stress and worry. I appreciated her asking questions about our interests and respecting our ideas and budget. She checked in by text daily..great knowing she followed up with us all the way thru! International travel doesn't have to be scary! With the right guidance and support; it's a meaningful experience! The world is your oyster!

We just got back from our stay at Breathless & Secrets Riviera Cancun and it was amazing! The resort was beautiful. There was a quieter pool and a party pool which was nice to have the option of both. The food was amazing. The rooms were great. The beach was super clean. The staff went above and beyond. Was overall a 10/10!! Cait was sooo helpful! From the start of booking until we got home! Thanks Caitlin!! ??

This has taken far too long to share but what a trip we had to Walt Disney World in September with the help of Vacations by Cait! In 2024, a friend of ours made it known they’d like to celebrate their 30th birthday at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Coincidentally, we had anticipated traveling to WDW for a family wedding being held at the Swan Reserve hotel - amazing! Cait helped what became a large group of friends & family get on the books. We love that we can expect clear quotes and itineraries to help make the best choice for our preferences & budget. We quickly had access to a platform where all our vacation planning was centralized along with helpful email reminders ever so often to keep us on track for what we needed to know & plan for. Fast forward to February 2025. My husband and I found out we would be expecting our first child and quickly I realized that our WDW trip would now also be a Babymoon! While I could no longer look forward to thrill rides and our drinking around the world, was still so excited to combine so many celebrations into one week of vacation. Cait assisted in answering any and all questions along with her standard of service with dining reservations at our 60 day mark and booking tickets to the Halloween party at Magic Kingdom. As we approached our trip date I took the advice of my doctor to have a scooter for this trip and it was a life saver! Definitely recommend Scooter Bug! Overall, our trip was jam packed and all our reservations/booking/tickets/etc. were taken care of. Memories were made that will last a lifetime ?? We love having Cait continue to help our family enjoy traveling - and as of 10/24/25 we have officially welcomed our son. Can’t wait to see what fun new places we travel to!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to share our recent trip to Ireland planned completely by the wonderful cait! Me and my husband went to Ireland for about a 9 day adventure! Cait was amazing with the whole process i gave her very little guidelines besides the spots we wanted to hit, and she went above and beyond to plan our dream trip! We started in Dublin and spent about two days there, the hotel was in the very popular temple bar area, it was amazing we could walk to everything! She booked us the Guinness tour and it was amazing seeing how they make it and all the history! From Dublin we took a train to cork which again Cait took care of all accommodations for us and our hotel was in a great spot to walk to everything! We saw some beautiful cathedrals and the blarney castle it was amazing! We picked up a rental car (thank goodness she got us an automatic Lolol) and we took the drive to rural Ireland and went to dingle! Recently returned from a trip to the Maldives that Cait Ruiz planned for us- such an amazing trip that Cait planned- we couldn’t have been happier! We had our own beach villa that was just steps from the ocean, but had easy access to 2 pools and the main resort area. Food was buffet style for the all inclusive option, but was delicious and we were always able to find multiple options! Everyone that worked on the resort was so nice and available for anything we needed- also to add, I’ve never felt so safe on an international trip before! Cait was incredibly diligent about checking in on us throughout the entire process- making sure we had everything we needed in the days/weeks leading up to the trip; check-ins throughout travel days to make sure everything was running smoothly and we arrived safely, updated us on any flight delays; also checked in daily during the trip to see if there was anything we needed. Cait was recommended to me through a mutual friend and she didn’t disappoint. My family was so excited to have her guidance for our kids 1st trip to Disney (5 adults/4 toddlers). She was so wonderful about checking in on us throughout the entire process-emails with helpful tips and tricks leading up to our trip, checking in with us on travel days, welcoming us to Disney and touching base throughout our day at the park. She truly works all hours of the day. She was up late booking a hard to get Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation for my daughter and the next morning she was able to secure a dining reservation at Cinderella’s castle. Both were the highlight of our trip! We also really appreciated her reaching out to us the morning of our departure date to let us know our flight had been delayed. She provided so much valuable information and gave my family the confidence to manage Disney with multiple toddlers. Cait was the driving force to our magical day at Magic Kingdom!

This was the second time I was able to work with Cait to plan an amazing vacation. She planned our Disney trip in 2021 and was great juggling 4 different families to accommodate everyones needs. She recently handled and help planned our destination wedding to Jamaica. We had 47 people join us and she booked all of them. With two different hotel locations and 23 rooms in total she didn't miss a beat. From our weekly check ins to almost daily chats she seamlessly made sure all the Ts were crossed and the Is were dotted. She helped me handle the load of making sure passports were done on time as well as flights. She was truly amazing. I could never asked for someone better. She was very attentive to our needs, listened to my worries, gave her honest opinions on things and ultimately help us create a vacation with our family and friends we will truly never forget. You will not go wrong when having Cait plan your vacation.

We had an amazing Disney vacation thanks to Cait! As a party of 10 she made sure that we were organized with everything from
Hotel, park tickets, dinner reservations, shuttles and stroller rentals. She answered every question we threw at her (and there were a lot!) and was a huge help and very responsive before the trip and during the trip! We appreciated and used all of her advice and we were able to do everything we wanted and ate everywhere we wanted to! Very grateful for her help on this trip!

4 years ago I was referred by a friend to have Cait plan our next vacation. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!! She knows all the ins and outs and always get back to you super fast. She has now booked us 7 vacations. Wouldn't trust these memories to anyone else.

From start to finish, all preparations in navigating my vacation itinerary and steps up to and including boarding process on Disney Wish, was clear sailing with the continued communication reminders from my agent, Caitlin. Flights, to Transfers, and changes to plans due to Hurricane Ian hitting Florida and destinations in close proximity were handled professionally and expediently. We were beyond grateful that Cait helped plan our recent week in Orlando! We spent two of our park days in Universal for the first time, along with three Disney park days and stayed at a Disney resort. We unexpectedly had to work through a last minute flight change due to an incoming snowstorm the same day we were set to leave for Florida. Cait helped book another night at our resort and adjusted the airport transfer so we could focus on getting to the airport on time and finalizing packing for our family. She checked in with us multiple times during our trip and we truly felt supported every step of the way. Thanks for everything Cait!

Our first trip of 2025 w/ Cait - Sandals Ochi! My husband and I had been looking forward to this trip for almost a year - and we already have plans to return in 2027. We loved the weather, the people, and the food. Thank you Vacations by Cait for another amazing experience!

So I’m definitely late on this review, mom life took over as soon as we returned! My first time to Cancun and I definitely enjoyed it. We stayed at the Riu Latino, it was very new and the welcome drinks were on point. The hotel was very far away from the tourist attractions in Cancun, but we made the best of it. We did some excursions and these allowed us to explore Tulum, we visited a cenotes and had an amazing time. We also visited Isla Mujeres and was amazed by the culture. I will be booking again with Caitlin again in the future.

We booked our honeymoon to St. Lucia with Cait! Cait was wonderful to work with. She helped us pick the resort based off our personal preferences, checked in with us during our trip, reminded us about all our travel documents and handled our special request at the resort. We had the most special and amazing time. Highly recommend World of Wonder Travel & Cait!!

Cait was incredibly helpful during this whole process. She basically asks what you want and then makes it
happen. She set everything up for us and was in contact through the entire trip to make sure everything was
going well. I have never used a travel agent before but my husband and I said that after this we will only be
booking our future trips through her. Absolutely wonderful!
