Alison assisted in booking a recent mother daughter trip to Greece for me. She was at all times professional and communicated all the necessary details in a timely way. I have known Alison for a number of years and I know how passionate she is about travel and knew she would be the perfect person to assist us in completing our very ambitious itinerary. We planned a 6-week European adventure and Alison was there to assist with the last - but very important details - inter-Europe trains and flights, Italy train pass, and booking all of our excursions as well. We had an unfortunate incident in Venice - one of our passports was pick-pocketed. I sent Alison an email cry for help, she called as soon as she woke up that morning, which was about 4:30pm our time - she had already been on the phone with Ottawa and helped us navigate the very devastating experience and walked us through next steps all the way. It happened to be our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a romantic gondola ride booked, she contacted the tour operator and changed the time for us, so we had more time to reach the destination. She was compassionate and stayed very calm and really helped us through that experience - I can't say how much that meant to us to know we had her support and expertise. She was there throughout the whole trip to answer questions, or just sending a note to say how much she was enjoying our photos and travel journal. We highly recommend Alison if you are looking for someone who really cares about assisting you have the best experience possible. It had been many years since we had used a travel agent and we will not hesitate to engage with her for future trips. Thank you Alison, you made our trip of a lifetime more rich and rewarding.

Alison curated an incredible two-week stay through Morocco and Rome for my partner and I (11 days in Morocco, 2 days in Rome). She managed our group tour in Morocco, transportation to and from airports, accommodations, our variety of flights (including check-ins and boarding passes), and all of the central tasks before, during, and after travel. This was our first time travelling together and Alison's insight, organization, and budget awareness certainly made it one for the books! She was able to reserve a last minute Vatican City tour for our time spent in Rome and help my partner avoid any travel snares by navigating passport renewal way ahead of time. She provided a smooth and comfortable visit from start to finish, I can't imagine this trip without her expert guidance. Alison is amazing! She helped us plan a rather last minute trip for six of us - departing all across Canada to Scotland. She was so on top of everything. She gave suggestions, booked our excursions and flight/rail travel as well as gave us advice on several other things. When our bags did not make it with us on the trip, she followed up and made sure they were on the road to where we were. Alison was super SUPER helpful and I would HIGHLY recommend her for any travel!

My personal thoughts as most of us do the online book-yourself-thing nowadays, you may look for hours - if not days - looking for what works for you. I contacted Alison, we discussed what I was looking for (dates, one stop, short layover, just get me there and back quick) and Alison was able to find me a flight plan that worked for me. Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of planning my dream vacation with Alison to Switzerland and Rome, and I am beyond thrilled with the outstanding service and expertise provided. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am a senior and needed assistance with my booking papers and Alison took care of all my paperwork and explained every detail to me so my departure went very smoothly. On my return trip, the day I was to return, Westjet was going on strike to they cancelled all their flights. Instead of the usual 2 1/2 hr flight return to Vancouver, Westjet offered me a 3-day flight to Vancouver instead. I was to stay another night in Vegas, fly to Edmonton around midnight, get a hotel, then next morning fly to Vancouver. Ally advised me to hold off accepting this offer and she worked her magic. Few hours later she had me on flight to Vancouver same day only at 8:30 pm. What a relief and she couldn’t have been more helpful. All papers & Boarding pass etc. completed. Highly, highly recommend Alison.
