We were looking for an agent, experienced in Australian travel. We found Colette at Creative Travel . She was the perfect choice! Colette provided her expertise and experience with Australian travel and together we came with up a suitable itinerary that saw us tour Sydney, Whitsaundays, Port Douglas, Uluru, Adelaide, Kangaroo Island and a road tour into Melbourne. The entire trip (save a last minute flub by Qantas) went off as planned! Colette, Anderson Tours and Pan Pacific Travel all combined to provide a seamless travel experience. We had never made such an ambitious trip and as it turned we had little to worry about. A job well done by Colette and I highly recommend her. I had the opportunity to meet Colette (My wife and I live in Ottawa) prior to our trip and I immediately knew that we had chosen the right travel agent/travel companion. Colette met us at Pearson airport and made the introductions to our travel companions and made us feel included and welcome as she continued to do throughout our COVID-19 shortened journey. When it was decided that we should return to Canada due to government instructions/advice, she immediately went to work trying to get flights rebooked for us. Evening and early morning hours spent on the internet with the tour company in Toronto got us the necessary flights back home. Once back in Canada the long process of applying for our claim for travel insurance was to say difficult. Although our trip was long over, Colette went out of her way to assist/provide the necessary information to the insurance adjusters - 4 months after the trip was over. Colette’s dedication to/knowledge of her profession has been outstanding.

During Covid 19 we have asked Colette to cancel a few cruises and re-book with future dates. This latest Cruise we asked Colette to modify the itinerary due to the 4th wave of Covid. In march of 2017 Colette organised a 3 week tour of Eastern and Central Australia for us celebrating a wedding anniversary.
