Normally, I research and book all my trips. A friend referred me to Dorena and Dorena certainly made my life easy! When the original all-inclusive I researched was full, she found me an equivalent with the criteria of great food, wellness (yoga and spa) and adults only. She delivered! She responds quickly to my questions and provides all pertinent details. She's a wealth of knowledge and makes appropriate recommendations based on my preferences. Dorena Chin was fantastic from the beginning. I literally said to her Fri night, find something where I fly out either tomorrow or on Sunday. She came up with 4 options and by Sat morning, I had decided to go to Iceland. It was a trip of a lifetime! Dorena was well organized and great at following up.
