We have been traveling with Denise for a number of years now and found Denise’s knowledge, organization and caring to be outstanding. Denise anticipates our needs and offers suggestions. She seems to be one step ahead of us. Denise is a caring person who follows up while we are on vacation and upon our return. She is there for us if we run into any problems. For example, our last trip, communication with the resort was not as our family had expressed, Denise stepped in and sorted it out. It was like Denise was there with us. Denise is very helpful and knowledgeable about resorts and cruises and she makes recommendations for what she thinks meets our needs. We love Denise’s service so much that we have recommended her to all of our families and friends. Have used other travel consults over the years from big box stores. Found this to be a cold sterile experience. So glad we found Denise. Do yourselves a favour and travel with Denise.

River Cruising Tried It & Liked It

Denise did an amazing job of coordinating our river cruise. She took care of arranging all transfers as well as pre/post cruise accommodations and itinerary arrangements.
We first landed in Paris where we did a combination of scheduled and “on our own” touring. Then we flew to Budapest where Denise booked the Marriott, right on the river, which was a perfect location for walking the city and the world famous Chain bridge as well as a close proximity to boarding our ship.
Denise recommended an electric bike tour at one of our stops which was a great idea. We got to see much of the internal and outskirts of the city that we stopped at and the bikes had electric backup built in in case you had enough of peddling. One of the highlights of our trip!
I would recommend Travellux when booking trips going foreword.

Denise really knows her stuff. She is one of those few agents who actually has extensive experience traveling as a tourist, not just as an agent. And it shows!! She has booked numerous trips for me and helped me out of some trying situations due to inclement weather and cancelled flights. I would highly recommend her.

25th Anniversary trip

Usually I let my wife handle all travel plans but I wanted to surprise her for our 25th. Denise was Perfect. Fun, Discrete and super knowledgeable. She went beyond anything I would have expected to make the trip not only fun but STRESS FREE for a travel newbie. She made me look like a genius to my wife (not an easy feet)

My husband and I have been working with Denise for a few years now - she was referred to us by a co-worker. We typically lean on Denise to help us pick an all-inclusive resort to vacation. She has been 3 for 3! Denise is very knowledgeable and experienced, and will always provide an honest opinion based on your needs. She is great to communicate with and will recommend excursions or travel accommodations that you typically wouldn't come across from your own research. We recently had a problem with our room at our last resort (which is pretty rare for the resort) and she messaged the hotel instantly after we reached out to her to get our room changed. By the next day we had a new room and everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend Denise's service more - 5 stars!
