I had been planning to take my mother to Paris for years. When it finally came time to plan and book the trip, I became overwhelmed immediately. A good friend who travels frequently recommended Denise. She sang her praises and now it’s my turn. Denise helped us book many of the classic highlights of Paris while also being sensitive to the needs of travelling with a woman in her golden years. We visited the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the catacombs, enjoyed an amazing dinner cruise, walked the city and are croissants every morning. Our experience working with Denise has been amazing! I recommend her to everyone! She booked us on a cruise this year again and the service and her attention to detail is way above what we would expect. She seems to think of everything. For instance she booked mobility assistance for every step of both ways with the air line and cruise ship. She also made sure my food restrictions were given to the cruise ship. Denise was absolutely amazing. We wanted to book a family trip to Italy, a very basic tour as we were paying for a family of four. She found a very economical tour that went to Rome, Florence, Venice. It included all the hotels and bus between cities, plus some great optional experience. Denise was so helpful when the resort we went to overbooked our room category. She was in touch with them immediately and never left us wondering what we should do. I have got to say this was the most seamless and effortless planning of a trip on our part. We simply let Denise know where we wanted to travel, when, and how many people, and she did all the rest. We were so well informed of everything we had to bring and complete before our trip.
There’s also an app we downloaded that Denise suggested. I LOVED IT. It completely laid out our entire days of travelling and all the files, documents, time, and info we needed. I don’t know how we could have done it without it!

I highly recommend Denise for booking your next vacation! We had troubles with getting what we needed done through another travel agency and remembered Denise and her travel agency. We reached out to her and she had prices and availability back to us same day, we were booked within 24 hours from our initial contact. This was a huge relief as we were a large group (9 people) and the planning wasn't easy.
Denise made every step easy and efficient and we felt like we had support the whole way. I loved that she uses an app to organize our trip information, this was so helpful on our travel days but also while staying at our resort to have all the information at our fingertips!

My husband and I have been working with Denise for a few years now - she was referred to us by a co-worker. We typically lean on Denise to help us pick an all-inclusive resort to vacation. She has been 3 for 3! Denise is very knowledgeable and experienced, and will always provide an honest opinion based on your needs. She is great to communicate with and will recommend excursions or travel accommodations that you typically wouldn't come across from your own research. We recently had a problem with our room at our last resort (which is pretty rare for the resort) and she messaged the hotel instantly after we reached out to her to get our room changed. Denise was nothing short of amazing when it came to planning our destination wedding!! We had a group of 23 or so, travelling to the Dominican Republic, from different departure locations, for our wedding over March Break.
