Our travel to the Caribbean Islands on Virgin Cruise ( Valiant Lady) was truly an amazing experience, that we shall live to remember . From the early planning Julie provided different options , she was incredibly detailed and took time to listen to our needs. Travelling with special needs can be challenging , but Julie made the process smooth and stress free . She carefully considered everything , room accessibility , extra leg room on the aircraft , wheelchair accessibility and reviewing each port we were to dock to ensure it would be manageable for a wheelchair . Julie arranged accessible airport shuttle transportation to airport, to hotel , from hotel , to the cruise line, from the cruise line to airport and home. She arranged accessible hotel room and ensured we had lifting equipment at the hotel and on the cruise . She followed up with us by phone and text to tackle any challenges that may arise as we travelled which was so comforting . This shows showed genuine care and dedication to her clients. She even tracked our travel progress until late in the evening to ensure we checked into the hotel safely and all the accessibility equipment was in place at the hotel Julie's patience, knowledge , and attention to details gave us confidence every step of the way . Because of Julie , the Virgin Cruise line was comfortable , accessible, enjoyable , we felt valued, we made new friends , we visited and shopped at each port that we docked and memorable memories were created.
