Lori you worked sooo hard at communicating with our resort and getting us the information and contacts we needed to have a great wedding. I loved our chats about the wedding and life in general. You made the experience a personal one as if I was planning our wedding with a friend. You just can’t find that anymore in this day and age. Costa Rica

Lori helped my wife and I plan a beautiful trip to Costa Rica. The (brand new) resort we were to stay at wasnt finished on time as promoted , so Lori went above and beyond to set us up (on short notice) with a sister resort. She negotiated a room upgrade (to a Villa) , got us $1000US in resort credits , and made sure that everything was locked in place (with Air Canada and the resort) before we got there. We didn't want unwelcome surprises (others weren't so lucky). She also helped us with information on some excursions. And best of all , set us up with our ENTIRE itinerary with her phone app "Trip Plans". This keeps track of all flights , excursions , vehicle rentals etc. so a person won't forget a thing. Thanks Wanderlori! Looking forward to you booking our next trip soon!

Shout Out to Wanderlori Travel

Just got back for a 5 day , 4 night stay in Las Vegas and want to give a shout out to Lori. From start to finish our trip was planned so well! The flights were at perfect times for us , allowing total usage of our time in VEGAS. Lori went out of her way to do up a birthday certificate to announce the trip to my daughter (it so is the little extras that set Lori above & apart from other companies). Lori found us the perfect (within our budget) hotel in the middle of the strip. All of Lori's advice and helpful hints were bang on. She even stayed on top of things so far as to send us a reminder list a couple days before the trip & did some aftercare too! Upon our return home we received a welcome home and a 'how was it' kinda email! Never have I had such a personal touch added. I mean she cared how our trip went and wanted to know if she could've done anything to make it better!I highly recommend her company for any of your travel needs big or small she's your gal!

Beautiful Resorts - Friendly People

Lori has always been friendly, energetic, and hard working to meet our travel needs. I usually have many requests and questions regarding our travel and she spends the extra time to find the answers if she doesn’t have them. She also communicates through email, text, phone, and her travel app all the way up to the week before we leave. I also need to mention Lori offers several destinations at our budget along with date options! I really appreciate having choices of destination and all inclusive resorts. We have booked with Lori on many holidays and we have never been disappointed!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Perfect Destination Wedding

My Husband and I, along with our 5 kids and 31 of our most favorite people visited Riviera Maya, Mexico in December. While we had the most beautiful and fun time, we also got married! Having no idea how to even start planning a destination wedding we enlisted Lori's help. From the beginning planning stages such as resort selection, airline preference, cost per person(just to list a few)to communication with the onsite coordinator and answering my sometimes ridiculous and constant questions, Lori was always there! Not only did she take great care of our vacation plans but all of our guests as well. My latest trip to Australia could’ve turned into a nightmare of cancelled connections and money lost if it weren’t for the quick response of my amazingly resourceful travel agent, Lori Smith. My flight from Edmonton to Vancouver before my flight to Brisbane had been cancelled. My first (panicked!) call was to Lori , as I ran like a madwoman to the carrier counter to see what I could do to get to Vancouver on time. The lady there said the only option was to wait for a morning flight , which was not going to work. She kindly offered to look at other airlines for me , when all of a sudden she asks if I have someone else working on this as well , to which I replied , “yes , my trusty travel agent is on it”. She told me that somehow , Lori managed to work a miracle and get me on the next flight out and I better run to my gate to make it in time! This was all after hours and above and beyond the call of duty. She saved the day and I'll never travel without her making the arrangements again!

Jamaica Mon!

Our great experience with Lori started with her giving us many options and information about destinations in our price range, once we picked one our job was done. She hooked us up with a travel app with our itinerary and tour options for our destination. She signed us up for Club Mobay passes which fast tracked us through security and into a lounge with free food, drinks, and wifi until our bus showed up. Although we didn’t have the greatest weather during our trip we still really enjoyed what our hotel (Iberostar Rose Hall Beach in Jamaica) had to offer. I would never plan another destination holiday without Lori.

Lori was very helpful and efficient! She was very thorough and very detailed on letting us know exactly what we needed in regards to traveling now days with Covid. I cant imagine the headaches we would have had if we didn't have the correct paperwork, forms, and QR codes needed. Mexico Trip Saved

Why I book with a Travel Agent and why she is the best and I always recommend her.
West Jet cancelled our flights to Mexico due to the weather. Lori informed me right away about the delayed flight.
When we were travelling in to the city and got the notification our plane was cancelled she got her laptop out and was on the phone calling trying to get us on a flight. We continued to the airport to see if they could get us on another flight.
Found out because we booked through West Jet Vacations and the cancellation effected our hotel, they could not help us at the airport.
Let’s just say 5-1/2 hours later Lori got through and got us rebooked. We didn’t fly out until 3 days later but we got bumped to Premium seat and got an upgraded room at our resort.

Mexican Luxury Vacation

Lori set me up with an amazing trip to Cancun Mexico. There was private transfers, and a 5 star hotel where the service, food, room, view and ambiance was beyond fantastic! She set up a tour of Chichen Itza with a cenote swim for me. She sent all my information and documents to an easy to use app that was at my fingertips. Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful trip to Atelier, Playa Mujeres. The resort was beautiful and very fancy. It was a bit confusing finding our way around but after a couple of days, we had it down. They provided rides with golf carts which we used a few times to get around. The food was really good at all the places we tried and the service was great. We enjoyed using the relaxing pool by our building. It was quieter and we had no trouble finding chairs and towels. The beach was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend this Resort to our friends! Thanks Lori for making this trip happy for us!

Amazing Honeymoon

We stayed at Atelier Playa Mujeres in Mexico for our honeymoon, and we booked through Lori for our trip. It was AMAZING! We loved every second of this trip, we had 9 beautiful days playing golf doing some excursions, relaxing by the poolside or beach! The service was great and the food/drinks were even better. Not a super busy resort as well so you don’t feel crowded at all which is something we quite enjoyed as well! This trip was great and checked all of our boxes for a vacation/honeymoon! Snorkelling Vacation

Our trip was wonderful from start to finish. We worked with our travel agent Lori to pick the resort that fit the needs of our family. We booked our flights separately from our hotel on our own so Lori booked us our airport transfers which went smoothly each way.
The Barcelo Palace is a beautiful resort on a private beach with world class snorkelling off the beach. We enjoyed the stay at 1 and play at 5 and we used the amenities at all of the resorts. We were happy that we upgraded to a premium pool view. The location was perfect and we could easily pop back up to our room during the day since we were facing the pool and beside the beach. The buffet, beach grills and a la cartes that we went to were delicious. The staff were very helpful, hard working and kind. The grounds were immaculate and we enjoyed going for a daily walk through them.

What a perfect holiday!

We spent a week at Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana. Amazing resort. Pure luxury. The staff was incredible and the food delicious. HUGE shout out to Lori for taking care of everything. From the upgraded flights, the VIP airport service, private transfers, and upgraded rooms there wasn’t a single thing she didn’t think of. Hands down the best All-Inclusive vacation yet.

Lori was always there via email or phone when we had questions. Her sending us the app with our whole itinerary and travel tips was THE BEST! Super easy to use as there is ALOT of information to ingest when travelling in the middle of COVID. So, way to go Lori!

Lori was absolutely amazing at helping us out when we got stuck in another country due to cancelled flights! She worked diligently over the weekend to ensure we were taken care of, had rooms booked, set up new transfers and followed up continuously until we were back home safe and sound! We just returned from our 7 days all inclusive trip in Cancun and couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Lori , considering it was kinda last minute booking she still managed to find us a great resort and on our budget, as someone who loves doing all the research this time I decided to leave up to the professional and don’t regret my decision. She has 100% follow through and thinks of all the details that most people would overlook. My favourite thing is the detailed summary of the trip she provides.
