I became aware of Melissa through her Youtube channel while searching for information on European river cruises. I reached out and knew immediately I had made the right decision. From the start I told her I wanted a stress free vacation where I did not have to make any decisions about lodging, transportation or food and WOW did she deliver. She got us EXACTLY what we wanted and gave us expert advice every step of the way. She guaranteed me a stress free experience and that is what we got. Bordeaux River cruise with land tours in Bilbao/St Sebastian and The Loire Valley

We just completed our 3rd AmaWaterways river cruise that we booked with Melissa and once again, it was amazing! This time, we were aboard the AmaDolce, with before/after land tours in Spain (Bilbao/St Sebastian and The Loire Valley). From start to finish, Melissa makes sure the booking process, lead up to the trip and the actual trip are seamless. She provides an app that includes all of the documents, itineraries and details needed. Having this all in one location really helped keep me organized and informed. I really appreciate the work that Melissa puts into making sure her clients have the best experience possible. I’m looking forward to booking river cruise number 4 with her soon!

Melissa was incredibly helpful through the planning stages of the trip. The first schedule unfortunately didn’t work out but she helped us the following year to get a new plan for a river cruise and worked diligently to line up flights and other arrangements.

Melissa booked a cruise for a group of friends. Working with her is super easy. We had a fabulous trip! Even some of the airline anomalies we ran into (who knew that Star Alliance Member seating systems don't work with each other and the agents could do anything to help) she work tireless to help lock in seats on the partner system!! She was also on the spot when one of our travel group lost her passport and had to stay a couple of days to get a temp to get home.

Spent 2 months in Italy and Greece. Melissa made it all happen for us! From flights, hotels, ferries, trains, car rentals and excursions she did it all. I found Melissa of Yaycations on Youtube while I was researching River Cruises. I was overwhelmed by the choices! It was amazing having her plan our trip. Melissa found us such a great deal on a cruise on the Danube! Based upon our video call, we determined the best fit for us was Avalon Waterways (more active, younger clientele, excellent ships) and we were thrilled. Every aspect of the trip was seamless, from the flights (even though the first flight was delayed, Melissa's advice regarding layover time needed was spot on), airport pick up, hotels, and, of course, the ship we sailed on, was excellent. I reached out to her several times leading up to the trip and she was timely and provided the needed information quickly. We will be using Melissa again to book our next River Cruise vacation!!

An amazing trip!

From the planning stages of our vacation, to the immediate help when our flight home was cancelled and everything in between, Melissa provides an invaluable service. This was the second river cruise we booked with Melissa. Her expertise was evident right away. She matched us to a cruise company (AMA Waterways) that has been a perfect fit for the way we like to travel. Melissa organizes everything on a app that is very user-friendly - flight itineraries/documents, hotel info for the pre and post cruise parts of the trip, links to the ship info, packing lists and destination info - its all there and easy to access. Viking River Cruise plus Switzerland by Rail

Cruise Argentina and Chile

We had the greatest time on a cruise to Argentina and Chile. We decided to spend a few days in Chile after the cruise was over and Melissa set us up with some great places to stay. My husband broke his ankle a few days before we left and Melissa was very helpful in organizing airplane support and making any itinerary changes that needed to be made. She made our booking easy and saved me loads of time, not only booking the flight but also making changes along the way. We had never been to Italy before but she helped us narrow our focus for the amount of time we were there and suggested the Amalfi Coast and we could not be happier with the result. The companies she works with were fantastic to deal with.

Fantastic! Very informative and thorough. I provided her with a general idea of what I wanted in an adventurous trip combined with relaxation, and she delivered. Melissa was an enthusiastic, well-informed and patient travel agent to work with. When we approached her about our European adventure, she gave us a variety of unique and exciting experiences to help us narrow down our choices.
We ended up choosing a River Cruise and had a spectaucular time! Having Melissa available to help navigate ever-changing travel restrictions and making tweaks as necessary to our travel plans was an amazing comfort - there was never a doubt that Melissa would help us through our travels. She went above and beyond to thoroughly research recommendations to get the best out of our trip and came up with suggestions of additional experiences to further enrich our vacation that appealed to our likes and interests.

Melissa was incredible. She was able to make every dream we had come true. We had the most incredible trip and it was organized perfectly. We were able to balance luxury and relaxation with an amazing adventure. Every detail was taken care of so we were able to relax and have everything go smoothly.
From the planning stages to actually going on the trip, Melissa was there every step of the way. I had always booked travel myself, but having Melissa was an incredible experience because she knew what she was doing and she put together a package that I would never have been able to do myself.
