We first started working with Sharlene when planning our dream destination wedding in 2017 (married 2018) and have continued to utilize her supportive services since. We have planned 4 hot holidays, Disney and Vegas with Sharlene. Sharlene takes the time to meet her clients needs, understanding what they want out of the trip, provides up-to-date quotes so we know we are making the most informed choice and getting the best for our dollar. My husband and I have been clients of Sharlene for almost 10 years now. From her attention to the smallest details, her quick turnaround time, her knowledge of many destinations, and just her friendly nature have kept us coming back. Our first experience with her was our destination wedding in Costa Rica. Since that time we have booked multiple trips with her including Disneyland, Disneyworld, Mexico, Cuba, and Ecuador and the Galapagos. Destination Wedding

My husband and I used A Whole World to Travel to help plan our wedding in Mexico and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our travel agent Sharlene was absolutely incredible! She was extremely knowledgeable, had great response time and was extremely professional. Sharlene helped us narrow down a list of hotels that had all of the things we were looking for in a resort. Once we had committed to a hotel she was extremely helpful in booking all of our guests air travel and rooms and helping them with any issues they had. Sharlene’s services truly made our wedding experience much smoother and enjoyable and we would highly recommend using her services!

We chose Sharlene to help us with planning our destination wedding trip in 2011. She was super helpful with choosing a resort, getting our guests booked and helping deal with the planning staff at the resort. She's knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to respond to questions. I have no problem telling anyone looking for travel help to give her a call. We've had a few friends go to her for their destination weddings and they all have great things to say about her too. 10 years of AMAZING trips!

We first were introduced to Sharlene through a friends wedding trip to Jamaica. We have since used her expertise to book every trip we've taken to the caribbean and S America for the past 10 years. Her attention to detail, and her intimate knowledge with so many resorts is INVALUABLE when booking a vacation. We give her price range, what our NEEDS are (Ex. water slides, kids club etc) our WANTS are (very clean beach, close to airport) adn she give us a detailed list of resorts that fit our criteria with her personal experiences with them and what she feels would be best for us. She has never steered us wrong! We also booked our honeymoon trip/cruise in S America with her and it was FANTASTIC!

Absolutely amazing. Literally when the kids pool was closed, she was emailing us about anything she could do. She checks everyone in the trip for insurance, luggage, bus/taxis needed, one stop shop. Makes me feel awesome knowing I get to my destination and everything comes out as planned!

I can't say enough great things about Sharlene.
We've booked through Sharlene for 6 years now. So helpful, always response in a prompt manner, provides honest opinion.
Goes above and beyond: Our direct flight to Florida had already been cancelled 6 months prior to the trip. Without hesitation, Sharlene let us know that this had happened and that she would be able to book us on the next direct flight which meant cancelling all out various reservations (Disney resort, other hotel, car rental, insurance, etc.). This was all corrected in a matter of days and we did not have to worry about a thing.

For almost 20 years, Sharlene has planned multiple trips for us: the Mayan Riviera, Maui, Kauai, and our Viking river cruise through the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Hungary, with pre and post cruise stays in Lisbon and Rome. Sharlene is a delight to work with. An experienced traveller, she is knowledgeable about many destinations and provides plenty of tips to make our vacations seamless. Due to her strong business relationships with many of the hotel managers and her willingness to go the extra mile, we can always count on her to provide those little finishing touches which make the trip extra special. My sister and I spent a week in the Mayan Riviera to celebrate her 50th birthday. The evening of her birthday, we came back to the room to find that it had been decorated and the staff presented her with a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake. We are most grateful to Sharlene for helping us to plan so many wonderful vacations and highly recommend her travel services.

Always is up to date on all information needed to travel.
