We have been using Jennie for years but for our last trip now being retired we wanted to do a Long Stay in Mexico and we had certain things we couldn't live without. Jennie took all the things that were important to us and found the perfect spot. We just loved our location and our hotel was perfect. We could have stayed longer!

Also on occasion something happened and I needed to cancel my trip and she was able to get my money returned without me needing to spend hours on the phone. To add to the difficulty in booking a 4 week holiday to Italy, Greece and Croatia, our trip was canceled 2 times 2020, 2021 for Covid. Our trip went through without a hitch September 2022.
Jennie arranged for a driver to meet us each area we visited and tours in each place we visited. We never waited more than 5 minutes for the driver to arrive. This was so comforting, as we have never toured Europe before. The drivers all made sure made our different trains on time, and where alway right at the airport or port each time we arrived. Amazing the timing was so exact.

My adult daughter and I just came back from a wonderful trip to Peru, Jennie arranged for us a very exciting initinerary that included visiting Arequipa, Colca Canyon, Puno, Lake Titicaca and local islands, Cusco, Sacred Valley and of course Macchu Pichu. There was a perfect balance between nature, culture and history. Jennie planned lots of excursions for us but also gave us free time to explore at our pace. Very helpful arranging our trip to China

I have used Jennie as a travel agent for 15 years. One of the places I have really appreciated her services is when we have had troubles. One time we had to cancel a trip. Jennie helped walk me through the process to get our money back from the cancelation insurance. Another time we were on our trip and wanted to change the location of our car rental drop off. I phoned Jennie and she made it happen. I didn't have to waste any of my holiday trying to figure it out. There is a lot of value in having someone problem solve on your behalf!!

Anything booked (flights, cruises, business/leisure, etc), it was always a start-to-finish seamless experience. And, if/when a hiccup happens, Jenny pro-actively finds a solution before you realize a change has occurred (cancelled flight, later departure)

Only have worked with Jennie for short term to book a family beach holiday to somewhere hot, but for the short time I did work with her, she definitely demonstrated her many years in the travel business.
