Amy has been wonderful to deal with. We had a large party of 13 and figured having a travel agent handle everything would be the easiest. Amy was wonderful through it all with getting everything booked and any extras we needed and any suggestions or answering any questions. Then our original trip was cancelled by the cruise line and she kept us informed every step of the way. Helped us with our rescheduling options and ultimately had to rebook an entire new trip for our large group. She also provided a little helpful hints brochure for our trip and it was very helpful.
