Not only was the itinerary perfect because of the lengthy time in each port but the service by the staff and cleanliness of ship was AMAZING! This trip to Alaska was a bucket list trip for me and my wife. This trip was truly amazing !

We traveled on back to back cruises... first on the Icon of the Seas (Royal Carribean), then the Aqua (Norwegian). Bill was instrumental in coordinating the cruises for our family and friends. He made everything seamless with his constant communication and updates. Both cruises were amazing. Although the Icon has many more cruisers, it never felt crowded. The Aqua did seem crowded at times but the amenities on both ships were outstanding. The shows are not to be missed on either. We highly recommend Bill for all of your travel plans!! Bill planned a fantastic first cruise for me and I had a wonderful time. Celebrity cruise line was clean, the food was fantastic and the entertainment was great. The staff were second to none and made my first experience delightful.

Bill is awesome and super easy to communicate with. I gave him a list of things we wanted from this vacation. He offered a list of resorts in the price range we request and we chose one from there. Bill kept in constant communication with us, even during HIS vacation when we had a small hiccup at the airport!! Bonus points... Bill had already been to the resort we chose and we were able to watch his YouTube video about the resort. That was extremely helpful!! This is not our first time using Bill and it definitely wont be our last. Looking forward to planning our next trip! Thinking Grenada or Antigua :)

To plan a surprise 40th Birthday celebration for my fiancée, I was referred to Bill Kingston to discuss possible vacation options. Although I had some experience traveling the Caribbean, I had no experience with Sandals. Bill was a tremendous help, and really showed his knowledge when discussing the ins and outs of Sandals resorts. He clearly described the benefits among the different room categories and made the decision of which to book much easier. Communicating with Bill was a breeze, and all of my emails were very quickly answered thoroughly. Absolutely amazing! 10/10 customer service. From the 100 questions I asked prior to booking our trip to the day of our trip, William was right there with us every step of the way.

William never tried to upsell or apply pressure during our booking. He simply gave us recommendations which made for one of the best trips my family has ever had. His knowledge of the hotels and area was amazing and spot on!
As I write this review, I don't know if I can express in words just how amazing it was to have a family trip to a foreign country and not have one single issue! He arranged the flights, hotel accommodations and it went as smooth as one could ask for.
Our two teen aged kids are used to Disney and after this vacation, they both stated they never want to do a vacation that wasn't like this one.
As long as William is in business, my family will never book another trip with anyone other than him.

Our initial booking at secrets St. Martin had a major plumbing issue a week and a half prior to our arrival, Bill worked overtime to get us out of the resort and into the Divi St. Martin. He helped arrange a boat transfer to and from our resort and let the company know that it was our honeymoon and they had some champagne waiting for us when we arrived. We were blown away with his level of care and attention to his clients. Bill was always available to answer any questions we had about our trip, and if he did not know the answer he did his best to find the answer out. We already booked another trip with Bill for April 2023.
