Not only was the itinerary perfect because of the lengthy time in each port but the service by the staff and cleanliness of ship was AMAZING! We traveled on back to back cruises... first on the Icon of the Seas (Royal Carribean), then the Aqua (Norwegian). Bill was instrumental in coordinating the cruises for our family and friends. He made everything seamless with his constant communication and updates. Both cruises were amazing. Although the Icon has many more cruisers, it never felt crowded. The Aqua did seem crowded at times but the amenities on both ships were outstanding. The shows are not to be missed on either. We highly recommend Bill for all of your travel plans!! Amazing break from winter

Bill is awesome and super easy to communicate with. I gave him a list of things we wanted from this vacation. He offered a list of resorts in the price range we request and we chose one from there. Bill kept in constant communication with us, even during HIS vacation when we had a small hiccup at the airport!! Bonus points... Bill had already been to the resort we chose and we were able to watch his YouTube video about the resort. That was extremely helpful!! Absolutely amazing! 10/10 customer service. From the 100 questions I asked prior to booking our trip to the day of our trip, William was right there with us every step of the way.
William never tried to upsell or apply pressure during our booking. He simply gave us recommendations which made for one of the best trips my family has ever had. His knowledge of the hotels and area was amazing and spot on!
As I write this review, I don't know if I can express in words just how amazing it was to have a family trip to a foreign country and not have one single issue! He arranged the flights, hotel accommodations and it went as smooth as one could ask for.
Our two teen aged kids are used to Disney and after this vacation, they both stated they never want to do a vacation that wasn't like this one.
As long as William is in business, my family will never book another trip with anyone other than him.

Amazing Service

William was absolutely fabulous. Our initial booking at secrets St. Martin had a major plumbing issue a week and a half prior to our arrival, Bill worked overtime to get us out of the resort and into the Divi St. Martin. He helped arrange a boat transfer to and from our resort and let the company know that it was our honeymoon and they had some champagne waiting for us when we arrived. We were blown away with his level of care and attention to his clients. Bill was always available to answer any questions we had about our trip, and if he did not know the answer he did his best to find the answer out. We already booked another trip with Bill for April 2023.

Great Cruise

Bill was very helpful when booking our cruise, he gave us great tips on how to prepare and awesome suggestions on what to do at different destinations. Bill and Angela are a great resource because they do so many cruises together, they are extremely knowledgeable in this field because of the many cruises they take themselves. Bill has been a phenomenal agent. Super knowledgeable. Has input and great suggestions from hotels to location specific destinations. He’s not just like many other travel agents that are familiar with the same Caribbean locations. He has experience and knowledge of most other countries and destinations less frequented by the majority of travelers. We had an issue with our hotel stay at a very famous highly rated hotel. I contacted Bill and he immediately went to work and was able to get us a refund on three days for our trouble! The dedication of this travel agent for customer satisfaction superb! Highly Recommend!!

I have know William (Billy) for close to 20 years working with him almost daily. When Billy opened his travel Agency I was glad for him knowing how hard he worked he will put the same effort in dealing with your travel needs. So a bunch of us guys was planning to go to Vegas but coming from different states it made the task of booking the trip a difficult one. One of my friend took the lead and contacted Billy and told him where and when we wanted to go but the dilemma was we were all coming from 3 different states. It wasnt a problem for Billy. He secured the hotel and all the airfares from each person home airport and it worked out so well that we was all at the airport within an hour of each other. All we was responsible for was to enjoy ourselves and have a great time in which we did. I would give Finest Travel Agency a 5 star rating and would highly recommend his agency!!!!!
