Planning my second vacation with Lillian and Vacation is Easy. This past Spring, a friend and I went on a Mexican Riviera cruise and Lillian suggested we stay on the Queen Mary in Long Beach the night prior and it was perfect for so many reasons. Going on a Transatlantic cruise Spring 2026 and she is planning this for me as well. Vacation is Easy...and less stressful. (Never not stressful...I'm not wired that way, but as close as humanly possible.)

Our tour guide, Lillian, did an exceptional job organizing and leading our trip to Cincinnati, the Ark Encounter, the Underground Railroad Museum, and the Louisville Slugger Factory. She was professional, knowledgeable, and organized, ensuring that every part of the trip ran smoothly. Our hotel stays were top notch h and very comfortable. When we got off the bus, our keys were ready and no check in was needed at the Hotel. Her friendly personality and attention to detail made the entire experience both enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her for any future tours.

This was our first trip together as a couple and it couldn’t have gone better. From the excitement of meeting with Lillian, letting her get to know us and our expectations to actually just being able to let go and enjoy what she had planned for us. We stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas and the view from our room could not have been more beautiful, the fountains, the mountains, just lovely. Travel arrangements were uncomplicated, flights to and from were relaxed and comfortable.

Everything was planned and organized well. Lillian's trip app was absolutely amazing to review your daily and upcoming activities and accommodations. Lillian even notified us of upcoming flight delays which was above and beyond. We would highly recommend Lillian to anyone and will be using her services again for upcoming trips.

We had a wonderful Mediterranean Cruise with Azamara which Lillian planned for us! She was very patient with us as we had to delay going because we moved & I had medical problems! We were referred to Lillian Dikovitsky by a friend and after contacting Lillian to plan our trip we were not disappointed in fact, Lillian went above and beyond to make sure this trip was excellent for our Friends who were celebrating 50 years in marriage but also a 70th birthday. Since we’ve been back from our trip I have already talked to a couple of neighbors about booking their next vacation through Lillian Dikovitsky.??

The hotels were not up to our standards. We told our agent we didn’t need 5 start but we like nice places to stay. 1st hotel The Hampton Inn in Canon City, Co was nasty and the clerk at the front desk said she wouldn’t stay here. The 3rd party service our agent used for booking did say they would refund our money. We have not seen it yet. We picked a room at the Holiday Inn next-door, which was new and clean. 2nd hotel Cody Wyoming was an older Holiday Inn but clean. However, we saw several nice resorts in Cody. We were wondering why the agent didn’t book us there. Granted agent only had a little over a month’s notice but still. I guess we are trying to figure out why we paid a travel agent, when we could’ve booked hotels through a 3rd party. Our Agent was very pleasant to talk to and she always returned our calls. She did book a tour of Yellowstone and The Royal Gorge train ride. We were supposed to have had meal on the train only to find out on train we did not.

She works well with all travel issues needed. Does everything for travel and goes above and beyond to help clients. Will use her services for all my needs.

We loved the smaller wineries—definitely our style—and had an absolute blast. Manarola / Cinque Terre The meet and greet was so nice and welcoming.The hotel —WOW WOW WOW. Pictures and stories will never do it justice. We’re already dreaming of going back, and when we do, we have to stay there again. We loved it. The wine tasting host was amazing and so kind. The only thing we’d note is that the tasting happened in the open area of the bar, and it was a bit hard to hear him at times due to the surrounding noise—but overall, we had a great time. Our third trip planned with Lillian. She always takes great care of us! She helped us find a very nice place to stay as we have gluten allergy and having a kitchen works best for us. She saved us on our cruise by directing us to a third party excursion company when we discovered that our cruise excursions were sold out. Then our trip ran into issues during a hurricane, and Lillian was quick to help us get refunded for our unused excursions. Lillian really took the time and listened to everything we hoped to see and experience during our trip to Thailand. Wife had a medical emergency in Ireland and was told she could not fly for 28 days; therefore needed an alternative way to get back across the Atlantic to the US after the initial trip was finished 10 days later. Lillian found one of the last two cabins on the Queen Mary2 to cross in 7 days. She also made the reservations for the train to Southampton in England where the ship would leave. In addition she made reservations for the two night stay before leaving. It was a great relief to have someone in the know to do these things.
