We had Franciene build a trip through Switzerland and ending in Italy. We wanted to ride the trains through the Alps and then went into Venice and ended at Florence. We went to Gornergrat by train to see the Matterhorn and glaciers that was a day trip from Zermat its was absolutely beautiful. Then rode from Zermat to St Mortiz on the Glacier Express. WOW!! An experience that one needs to experience. Then from St Mortiz on the Bernia express to Italy. Another unbelievable ride with amazing beauty. All the trains were timed perfectly, the hotels were all very nice and close to the train stations. If you ever want to do Switzerland by train Franciene will line up a trip of a lifetime. We have already been talking to her about the next destination.

Francine whom I have known personally and professionally for many years, did an excellent job of assisting me and my BFF in planning and preparing for the cruise of a lifetime. I couldn't be happier. This trip was a "bucket list" trip for me and I enjoyed every minute. The ship NCL/Aqua was incredible, the staff was perfect, the excursions were fantastic. Francine helped us so much and YES I will recommend her.

We wanted to get away from the large ships and large crowds of people. Francine did an excellent job of finding us the perfect cruise. We also made some last-minute changes, and Francine took care of them without problems. It was a great trip and we will use Francine again.
