Cynthia was wonderful to work with and took care of me and my family. She took care of details that I didn't even think about. Thank you for preparing us for our trip and making sure we had a great time.

Cynthia was amazing to work with! She coordinated and booked a sales meeting for my company. We had 35 sales consultants travel from across the country to Cancun! Cynthia handled the bookings, transfers from the airport and coordinated with the resort for all aspects of our trip. This was no small task with the group our size!

We had a great experience working with Cynthia on this cruise. She recommended a spa balcony for us because we had never tried that and the price was almost identical with regards to other balconies. That turned out to be a great idea and added greater value to the cruise. We traveled with other couples as well and she linked our cruises together somehow so that when making reservations for restaurants etc it was easy to include whoever in our party wanted to go to that particular event. We were very happy with Cynthia and have already booked another. Our cruise was on the newest Carnival Ship the Jubilee. This was our 31st cruise with Carnival and that amount of experience with Carnival this was truly the most amazing ship we have ever been on. It was such a step above any of their other ships! It is a beautiful ship from front to back!

Any time there were kinks in our travel plans, Cynthia was right on top of things and got everything ironed out. This was while planning/making her family's relocation from overseas, so we were doubly impressed by her attentiveness.

It was great working with Cynthia, she was knowledgeable and responsive and easy to work with. She helped us decide what cities to visit, how long we should stay there and recommended what we should see while we were there. She booked all our accommodations, transportation including flights and trains and booked our tours. Everything was great. We will reach out to Cynthia on our next trip.

Cynthia was a tremendous amount of help in planning our Disney Christmas Vacation. She was always quick to respond to any and all of my many questions, concerns and to ease my anxiety about our family vacation for 7. My husband has always wanted to see the northern lights (bucket list). We found just the trip. We worked with Cynthia Caudillo our travel agent. From the start the trip was first class. Every detail of our trip was planned and as result it went smoothly. Cynthia was incredibly helpful, respondent, and gave us exactly what we wanted. Each excursion was planned from slow and easy (reindeer sledding) to a day filled with fun filled activities (Night snowmobiling, ice fishing, 3 hr. Day snowmobiling, husky sledding, day spa, ice castle, Polarman visit, and Northern lights). We expressed to Cynthia that we didn’t want to be a number in a crowded group so she planned out detailed private activities and taxis for every excursion. Detailed to the last min., when we received a text letting us know our cab to the airport had arrived. Given Cynthias experience it allowed to enjoy our trip without added stress.

What an experience! Cynthia delivered an elevated, luxury family vacation at the Atlantis resort in Dubai that was accessible yet didn't break the bank. I was a bit apprehensive about staying at the Atlantis resort instead of one of the hotels off-site, but Cynthia provided us with bundled food and hospitality packages with access to the waterpark at an equitable cost. I'm so glad we stayed on site. It was hassle free with dinners and plenty to do for the family. My kiddo loved the kid-friendly arcade. We were impressed with the restaurant options and happy hours. Cynthia, thanks for recommending such a cool place.

Train connections between cities kept travel time to a minimum and maximized our sightseeing time. Even had a special recognition during one walking tour for my husband's birthday. Cynthia helped me plan out all details of my trip. She gave me 3 options and told me the pros and cons to help me make a decision. Once I decided she handled all the details from payments to flights as well as an extension to visit family. She prearranged travel for my extra time which made it very easy to get from one point to the next. Cynthia's follow thru was fantastic. She made sure I made all my deadlines. As i am constantly moving around and working its not always that easy but she was on top of it . The 1 on 1 excursions to the Louvre , wine tastings were perfect. Hotel reservations were in different catagories and very helpful I am a hotel snob and she was able to land all the places I wanted to book . She did a great job arranging our train tickets to Bordeaux and San Sebastian . Cynthia also recommended a wine festival in Bordeuax which was super fun. We would use Cynthis again for our next trip and would recommend her.

Cynthia is an excellent travel agent for any level of traveler. She is knowledgeable and gives you peace of mind, helping to book transfers, tickets. Reminding when payments are due, if anything is missing, etc. She helps take your mind off the details so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Any issue she has resolved quickly. We have been cruising alot lately and she has helped us with our last 5 (East and west Caribbean, New England/Canada, and Alaska). Would recommend her help to anyone.

Cynthia has helped us plan a few trips in the past and has done excellent jobs, so we knew with her experience traveling the globe she would be very helpful planning our bucket list trip, Antarctica! From choosing the perfect expedition company, to snagging an excellent price, making sure we got our military discounts as well, she just did so good! Whenever traveling far we prefer to get there early so we don't miss any connections so she helped us choose the perfect hotel in Buenos Aires, got that booked for us & even sent us an app to put our entire itinerary & all paperwork together on so we didn't have to worry about misplacing anything. She's amazing! Once we got to the boat we realized that we had the most amazing cabin. Cynthia really got us a spectacular cabin for the price we paid! I LOVED it! Just returned from 10 days in East Germany, visiting the Christmas markets in Berlin and Dresden. Many thanks to Cynthia for getting our train tickets straightened out, after they completely changed from our initial booking. Our hotels were centrally located to the sights we wanted to visit. This is especially important since my husband and I walk or take U-Bahn or S-Bahn when in Germany.

Cynthia was so patient with me and so helpful as we planned our first family trip to London and Scotland! She chose excellent hotels, planned solid itineraries for us and most importantly was always quick to respond to our questions. We will absolutely work with her again!

This was the easiest and best way to book a trip to an unknown destination. The recommendations were tailored to our preferences and budget. We did not feel like we had to leave things out in order to keep our budget, and also did not feel pressured to include things we wanted to leave out. Great communication and easy to get in contact with her!

Second trip booked with Cynthia at Passportstomemories. We have had no problems. Everything worked perfectly. This time we had some friends book a couple of months after our booking. She was able to get them the cabin next to ours. I don’t know how she did it but she was able somehow to tie the bookings together so that when we purchased chat on the ship all of our names were already joined together. When we booked dining and movie tickets the option was already there to select any or all in our group. We have always had trouble even connecting the 3 in our cabin. What a pleasant surprise and took away one little headache we usually have to deal with. She is our booking agent for the future for sure. We don’t like problems or surprises- hey we are on vacation- and everything worked well and smoothly.

This was our second booking with Cynthia. We had a previous cruise last November that used FCC and all of the mess from cancellations during the pandemic. Her efforts in straightening out that was the reason we booked this back to back cruise on Carnival. Everything went perfectly in all facets of the booking. Absolutely no complaints except we had some lousy weather for part of it but we can’t blame Cynthia for that LOL. We will use her for our next cruise as well.
