We loved every second of the Universal Orlando trip Jacqueline planned for us. Everything was super easy and well thought out. The transportation to and from the airport was perfect and staying on the resort campus made it even better. Not to mention the resort itself; just perfect!

She was very quick to get us pricing and options as well as pictures. While we were on vacation, we texted her and immediately got a response as we were looking for a private driver she was able to immediately refer us to someone and get us to where we needed to be. Jacqueline takes the time to get to know and understand her clients and their desire. This experience is pretty much the opposite of 'finding a deal online' and then regretting your trip. The stress of detailed planning is completely removed and you can be certain you are getting the best value. It is an important distinction. I have in the past had the best price and then been disappointed in the room, location or service which ruins the whole vacation experience. Working with Jacqueline avoids that risk. My personal time is worth a ton to me and I would not waste one minute trying to navigate the travel minefield these days without an experienced agent assisting me to make wise choices.

I had never used a travel agent until Jacqueline. A bunch of my friends wanted to go on a trip to Mexico together, and one of my friends worked with Jacqueline for the whole experience. She made everything so easy, especially trying to coordinate travel with 10 people who all lived in different states.

Jacqueline booked a Caribbean Cruise for my husband and I. Everything was amazing - she had us upgraded to a room with a balcony at no additional cost, and even had a chilled bottle of champagne waiting in the room for us. Jacqueline was amazing!!! We had no idea where we wanted to go when we first started this process. Jacqueline gave us options for the first price range we gave her, and then when we decided we could increase the budget a bit, gave us a whole new set of options without batting an eye despite all the extra work that must’ve required of her! She helped us figure out our destination and then gave us a ton of different resort options which fit our wish list. She booked everything for us even when that meant she had to actually CALL the resort (international!) to clarify room availability. Then when I thought she’d finally lose her mind on me, when I told her we didn’t yet have our passports 😬, she totally didn’t and everything worked out just fine. I must say Jacqueline was a joy to work with. I wanted to reward my grown children with a nice vacation to Jamaica for graduating from college. I reached out to several agents on Thumbtack and Jacqueline was the only one to respond in a timely fashion. She was very polite from the first call to the last. She listened to what I wanted and began working expeditiously on putting a package together. Once I settled on a package she made herself available for questions no matter the day or hour.
