Rebecca was on top of my trip and always got back to me quickly. I have all ready referred her to a coworker. In one day starting at 9am ending around midnight I:
- went on a guided hike
- went to an art exhibit
- ate dinner at a local pub
- saw a concert
- ate some pizza at a local joint before walking back to my hotel

It was great to give someone an idea of what I'm trying to do and let her come back with several ideas we could choose from

Rebecca is awesome! She helped us with our trip to Hawaii just as much as we wanted while still letting us do some of the planning, which was perfect! Sadly with the recent fires and related destruction in Maui, we worked together and decided to postpone the trip. Rebecca gave some really exciting recommendations so we are sad to delay the trip, but we very much look forward to working with Rebecca when we reschedule in the future!

Rebecca assisted us with two trips, Christmas gifts to our children. We ventured to Gatlenburg, Tennessee, over Christmas holiday and Park City, Utah, in February. Rebecca's guidance and organization is just the encouragement everyone needs to relax and enjoy their travel experience. Just knowing she is available if needed is such reassurance. Rebecca helped us book our trip to the Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa and the trip was a huge success! She booked our room (staying in the Lodge was GREAT for beach front views), our dinners, and our golf tee time. All we had to do was show up and relax! This is our second trip with Rebecca and we highly recommend her!

Rebecca understood the assignment. She built us an itinerary that was perfect for a mom with 2 graduating seniors that love all things anime, fast cars, and thrifting. The private tour and guided transfers made the trip! Being able to move about with assistance (and not waste time, trying to find things) is what this mom appreciated most. The guides were so helpful and accommodating. We had a last minute trip change that Rebecca help us managed with limited impact to the trip and low cost. It was an stress-free trip with a great blend of cultural, activity, and relaxation. There was some different each of us loved the most, but a great time had by all. This time, we traveled to Italy, Croatia, and ended our journey in beautiful Ireland. Each destination had its own charm, and every detail of our trip was perfectly coordinated. There were a lot of moving parts—airplanes, transfers, car services, and multiple countries to navigate—but everything went seamlessly. Everyone showed up on time, and all the logistics were handled with precision and care. Rebecca found us a stunning apartment in Italy, perched above the Adriatic Sea. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. We truly fell in love with it. A week later, we were in another dream destination. Despite the challenges of coordinating two flights, an international transfer, and ferry rides, everything went off without a hitch. Our biggest concern—reliable car service—was taken care of. Rebecca did a fabulous job with our cruise to Alaska. First of all, she was dealing with three people, a husband and wife and a single person, living in different cities. She presented a rough proposal of the trip after talking to each of us. She made sure each of our desires were met. She listened to our desires of arriving a day early and booked us a hotel that had: 1). transportation to the hotel from the airport, 2) local Catholic Churches 3). pick up location for the shuttle to the pier 91. All three were accomplished, seamlessly. Rebecca sent us an itinerary, after our final acceptance, like no other! One of us kept it on our phone, the other printed it off, yes printed, like old school. You see we are not world travelers; however, Rebecca got us through with flying colors! There were a couple of times we were concerned about connections, we sent a text, she replied ASAP. If we had only calmed down, we would have seen it come to completion. Rebecca was very detail oriented when we asked her to book an Alaskan cruise for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Rebecca made all the arrangements for us to travel from our home to the airport, hotel, and shuttles to and from cruise ship back to the airport to fly home. Everything went smoothly. We enjoyed working with her and will use her services if we should choose to travel a long distance again.

we loved Antelope Canyon - Dixie's tour company was great. The horseback riding was OK - an hour but it was not in Zion - but it was fun anyway We ended up switching the UTV tour for a jeep tour because of timing - it was pretty cool. We did a tour last minute in the Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park - which was awesome - went sledding down the sand dunes. We did a boat tour on the colorado at night in Moab which was cool. LOTS of driving but for us it was the perfect amount of time in each place. We saw a TON and the weather was fantastic! Thanks for everything

I normally book everything myself and felt so overwhelmed with where to start with our trip to Belize. Rebecca did such a great job hearing what we wanted and making an itinerary that hit all the marks! She made the process easy and would 100% recommend for your next trip!

Rebecca booked everything for me and a friend to Punta Cana. The flight, resort stay, & transportation to & from the airport was all there in the itinerary reservation package. If you need someone to attend to all of your needs and requests, Rebecca is your travel agent!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with! Her first phone call with me to understand our preferences was super helpful. She planned out an awesome trip to Napa Valley and tailored it to our wants and needs! She was also quickly able to help/notify us when things went wrong. The Hilton she booked us closed for renovations a couple weeks before the trip and she swiftly booked us a new one for the same cost. We also had a rainy day on the wine trolley and she notified us ASAP that they’d be swapping out the trolley for an air conditioned bus for the morning until the rain stopped. I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about anything.

She booked a super fun trip with the Napa Valley Wine Train and another day with the Wine Trolley. It was the best vacation and it’s all thanks to Rebecca!! I would 10/10 recommend her.

Rebecca was quick to respond and help facilitate the fun! She’s a curator :) We had a large group and she was able to work with all of us to make sure everyone in the group got what they wanted out of the trip! The trip was wonderful - lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements (flights, hotels, cars etc.) were made by Rebecca. Not only was she honest and available anytime of day during the planning, she sent me a text confirming all of our trips details and assuring us to reach out anytime of day or night with anything we needed. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. She helped us find the perfect cabin for our family with 2 young boys who love arcade games. The cabin was perfectly located for all the activities we enjoyed - such as mini golf, escape rooms, indoor water park, laser tag, and more! I loved working with Rebecca on our summer vacation! She planned out everything for our trip from San Francisco up to Redwood National Park and back. We stayed at lovely boutique hotels and stopped for excursions and adventures along the way. Our favorite was Bodega Bay Lodge and the sailing adventure Rebecca set up for us while we were there. Rebecca helped me plan several weeks in Australia and New Zealand. I could not have asked for someone better to help plan my trip. Rebecca was super helpful in bringing forth multiple options in places to stay and things to do in each of the cities I planned to stay. She asked very thorough questions to make sure the things I planned were within my budget as well as things that I wanted to do. Rebecca listened to what we wanted for our trip and she delivered great choices. Our Yosemite and Sequoia trip was fantastic; great accommodations, car rental, plane tickets; she took care if all of it. I had changed my credit card between the reservations and the actual trip so when the resort tried to charge my card on file it did not work. They contacted Rebecca and she contacted me and worked it all out. I will definitely use Rebecca again when we plan another trip.

Rebecca was awesome! Even being in different time zones Rebecca worked with us to plan our honeymoon. We visited a couple national parks from California to Colorado. She gave recommendations and researched a bunch of different activities we could do. After finalizing our plans she booked flights/hotels and activities. She was also available to text/call our whole trip but thankful we didn’t need too!
