Mary takes care of all of our family's trips. She anticipates and covers every detail, and she bends over backward to make sure that we know that she's always there to help - we're not alone! As mentioned by other reviewers, she really listens to what you want out of a vacation trip and seems to magically produce just what you're looking for. Very knowledgeable of the industry and locations. She is always positive and friendly - a fun person to work with. Mary has planned/helped with many trips for us and all have been successful and wonderful. She always helps us to secure insurance as my husband has multiple health problems thank goodness we have not needed to use insurance and has other helpful advice for us. We "debrief" when we return and she is always interested. Our trips have been to India, Thailand, Russia, China, NYC, and more as well advising a couple of younger members of my family. Mary gave us lots of options to choose from for a river cruise. She supplied us with great brochures and was very knowledgeable about different cruise lines. When we had specific questions about different cruises, she was willing to research the answer, but most of the time she already knew the answer. Her customer service was impeccable and her positive attitude was contagious. Our tulip and windmill cruise on Viking River Cruises was one of the best vacations we've ever experienced. We will be using Mary in the future to plan another fantastic vacation.

We keep coming back to Mary. Every trip with her has been a complete success. She has a knack of knowing just what we want. I think her greatest acheivement is the next trip she is planning for us, along with another couple. While we all knew about where and what we wanted to do, we were clueless about where to start. Travel knowing you are in the best care. I have been in beautiful Jamacia, Bahamas, a cruise & St. Thomas. All absolutely high quality resorts & the most stressless travel I can imagine. In fact, while in St. Thomas I had a family emergency & had to fly immediately home. One phone call to Mary & all arrangements were made. I was on next flight out. A few years ago we contacted Mary to help us with our first trip to Italy. We had limited time available, wanted to see as much as possible and keep the trip reasonably priced. We called Mary and explained our desires and within 48 hours she was back in contact with us with several suggestions. After a couple of “fine tuning” conversations she pulled together everything we needed from hotels, a wonderful tour, airport transfers and even suggestions on places to eat when she was there.
Since then we have asked Mary to book a number of cruises, a wedding for our daughter in Jamaica, a small family reunion on Regent Seven Seas Voyager and an upcoming trip this winter to Antarctica.
Mary is extremely knowledgeable having traveled herself and offers exceptional service. She keeps us in the loop when planning and researching opportunities and has been very successful in keeping prices reasonable. We wouldn’t think of doing all the work ourselves since she is so good! We highly recommend her as a travel agent!!!!!

Mary has been helping me make memories for my family for some time now. She helped me start a tradition of celebrating my "special" birthdays by gathering my children and their spouses together for a family reunion trip to someplace magical. the first trip held many surprises for the family and Mary helped me keep the secret even though I had to divulge the general destination in order to get them all there. It wasn't possible to include the same kind of surprise in the second special birthday trip, but even so the riverboat trip to the south of France exceeded all of our expectations. It's time to start planning #3. Mary, where will we go?

TRAVEL WITH DISABILITY

MARY plan ned a cruise on Quantum of the Seas for our Parkinsons group in 2007. The group included people in wheelchairs, walkers, and canes. Along, of course, with their .caregivers.She spent a lot of time talking with all of us and more importantly LISTENING to the questions and fears of the travellers. She even arranged a handicapped accesible bus to take us to the Port. She travelled with us and was TOTALLY availab le for the entire trip. We used it as a fund raiser and made $5,000 for our non-profit group. She is amazing with details and has incredible patience. I have used Mary as a travel agent since then and she is ALWAYS the one I trust.

Excellent service for our Argentina/Antarctic trip

Our trip was sooo much better because we had Mary planning it along with us. We are very experienced travelers and I had done a ton of research so we didn't really expect Mary to add that much to what we had planned. However, after understanding our preferences, she worked her magic.
Mary recommended a different ship than what we had looked at -- with a better program, services and the penthouse cabin with a huge balcony for the same price of what we had chosen. Having traveled in Argentina, Mary was familiar with getting around there - the Visa fees, better neighborhoods to stay while in Buenos Aires and what to see. She found a guide for us in Iguazu Falls which worked out splendidly. He picked us up at the airport, gave us a wonderful tour of the falls from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides (over 2 days) and transported us to our hotel and then finally back to the airport for our return. I'm convinced if we had tried to manage on our own, we would have been very unhappy. This was a place where knowing the ins and outs made a big difference!
Altogether we enjoyed working with Mary, felt no pressure to "comply" with her suggestions and had a superior more enjoyable travel experience than had we followed our original plans. We highly recommend working with Mary for any of your travel needs.

Mary makes dreams come true

The hotel (The French Quarter) was perfect for us! It's a smaller property hotel so it's a little quieter (which I like), the kids LOVED the pool, and the food court was really good. The room was a little on the small side but to be honest, all we did was sleep in the room--we spent zero time hanging out in the room. The customer service at the hotel was top notch too! I would have no problems going back to this hotel again.
Overall we had a wonderful, Disney experience! There was not a single melt down the entire week (from either the children or the adults!) and we enjoyed every minute we spent together. If you ever have clients who are planning a first Disney trip, I would be happy to share some learned info if they need it!
