Karen is extremely knowledgeable about travel. She pays attention to all details and she personally went the extra mile for my wife and I. She truly leads and takes control. For example on our way home at the airport, a vagrant took another guest's money. She got involved with the sitituation and in front of the police snatched the money from the criminal hands, scolded him and walked away.
Throughly impressed with the destination and lodging. She recognized our thoughts for luxury and picked out the perfect places for us to stay.

This trip has to be rated extremely higher than the other trips I have taken. Everything about our travels to South Africa was an experience that won't be forgotten. I have to say every aspect of traveling was trouble free. Air travel, accommodations and the food were simply spectacular. The staff at each hotel were courteous and always willing to be helpful. A special shout out to Karen for having the knowledge and resources of a very experienced travel agent that really enhanced our experience in South Africa. I will be traveling in the future with AAIC Luxury travel. Just a magnificent time with all of our traveling family companions.

She planned a fabulous vacation for my husband and I to Europe (Paris and London). There were no stone left unturned and no stress to be had. Doing it Big Overseas for the the Big 5-0

This was my second time utilizing Karen's services and while the first trip was not for me, this one was. What made Karen's services even more outstanding was that plans to celebrate at another destination fell through relatively late in the international travel planning process (barely 3 months before the trip), yet even starting over, everything was still pulled off without a hitch. I had wanted a specific type of flight to begin this journey to Spain, Portugal and Morocco: no problem. I had wanted an extension to travel to a part of Spain not included in the original travel package: no problem - even though I ultimately decided not to do the extension. Any and all questions I had were answered completely. Karen also was able to make this great excursion happen with my brother (who traveled with me but booked separately on his terms) and she managed this while she had her own separate travel plans. Outstanding!

Destination Wedding - Barbados

Working with AAIC and Karen Scantlebury was not only an enjoyable experience but my event turned out second to none. Karen is very attentive to learning the wants and desires of her clients and then focuses on the budget given to make event happen. She has a vast knowledge of the industry and utilized her professional connections and networks to assist me in planning the wedding of a lifetime. Not only did she help me stateside in the planning but she was there in Barbados with us to make sure that our wedding went off without a hitch.
