Fantastic Trip Executed Perfectly

Jill set up our trip to Punta Cana. She kept to the budget and gave us multiple destinations to choose from. Once an all exclusive was chosen she acted quickly relative to booking flights, rooms and transfers.
She kept us informed as our trip was coming up. Gave us the full itinerary showing flights, transfers and Hotel. Plus the total cost of the trip which is always helpful for future planning.
She checked in with us on the day of the flight to make sure everything was going as planned and followed up with us after our trip for lesson's learned and any other feedback. It was a pleasure working with her.

Amazing Honeymoon Experience

We had an amazing experience working with Jill to plan our honeymoon in Kauai over the holidays. From start to finish, the process was completely seamless. The resort she booked for us was wonderful, and the excursions Jill helped plan were so much fun and perfectly suited to what we were looking for.
Even when things took a turn on our return trip home to Ohio (with multiple missed flights and delays) Jill went above and beyond. She worked tirelessly to help us with our flights and secure hotels and rental cars for us while we waited, which made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.
Overall, it was a great trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent. We’re so grateful for Jill’s support and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a special trip.

Amazing trip!

Jill was so helpful in planning our fun family get away. When I first contacted Jill, I wasn't even sure where we wanted to go... When Jill and I spoke, we narrowed it down to either Punta Cana or somewhere in Mexico. We have been to Mexico a few times, so I was really excited to learn more about Punta Cana. Jill was extremely helpful in helping us to decide which resort to stay in - based on the ages of the 4 kids (ages 19-23) traveling with us. She answered all of my questions and help to reassure me that we made the right choice. She checked in with us before the trip, reminding us to check-in online and with the information on how to catch the shuttle to our resort. She also checked in with us during the trip to make sure everything was going well. Jill is thorough, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will definitely recommend her services to friends.

Hawaiian Cruise

Signed up with Jill to book us on Emerald Princess for a 16 day cruise to Hawaii. We flew to San Francisco and were on sea for 5 days with Honolulu as our first stop. Went to two ports in Oahu and Kauai. Five days to Encinada, Mexico for a day, then back to San Fran and back home in Tampa. The sites were awesome on each island and even Endinada! Jill helped get best cruise deal, cabins with deck, flights and was always available when we had questions. Thanks for worrying about the details so we didn’t have to!!
