The destination noted below was truly incidental. The purpose of our trip was to visit National Parks in the U.S. We started in Denver and ended our trip in Vegas. While we have travelled with Andrea on scheduled trips before, this was the first time we’d asked her to make special arrangements for just us. It was a great decision on our part. She created a wonderful vacation trip that exceeded every expectation. Andrea’s attention to detail made all the difference, since there were just four of us traveling and there were lots of moving parts. All the arrangements went very smoothly. All along the way, communication with service providers was timely. Airport transports, the Rocky Mountaineer, and the Moab Express were all comfortable and well managed with knowledgeable guides. Hotel accommodations were comfortable and well located. All seven National Parks were amazing and each was different from the others. My favorite destination surprised me. It was the Hoover Dam! My favorite park was Bryce Canyon. Earl’s was Canyonlands. The pace and rigor was just right for us (70ish & outdoorsy).

Our travels to the Amalfi Coast and on to Europe were breathtakingly beautiful! So many thanks to our travel agent Andrea Laucella who created the first four days of our trip in Italy. Andrea listened to our interests and kicked off our wonderful journey covering Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello and on to Rome, where we picked up a tour. That tour took us from Rome to Florence, Venice, Lake Como and on to see the Swiss Alps in Andermatt and Lucerne. We also visited the great cities of Paris and London. Our accommodations were excellent down to the private drivers arranged for our journey and connections to the tour in Rome. Through it all, Andrea provided excellent information and guidance to make our trip seamless and most enjoyable! I will definitely go back to Andrea for my next trip!

We started planning our trip, which included our children & grandchildren about 11 months before we went. Travel while you can has been our go to travel agent for many years. Andrea is helpful and provides assistance to all travelers as needed. Never need to worry about anything as our guides are knowledge and able to handle unexpected obstacles. (This trip medical emergencies arose and were promptly and effectively handled.)

WHAT ANDREA PROVIDED WAS PERFECT. THE VALUE FOR THE TRIP WAS GOOD BASED ON COST. OVERALL, WOULD SAY THAT THE ISLAND IS STILL A LITTLE IN DECLINE FROM PAST HURRICANES AND COVID. FOR WHAT WE EXPECTED, A CLEAN, WELL MANAGED ACCOMMODATION FOR SOME RELAXATION, THIS WAS A GOOD STAY. FOOD WAS NOT EXCEPTIONAL, BUT AGAIN, BASED UPON OUR SPEND, A GOOD VALUE.

Our trip to Ireland was one we will never forget. It was effortless and so well planned out. I would have never known to go to all of the places we did without booking with Andrea @ TWYC. We did run into a couple of snags! Thank goodness for Andrea!!! I will never travel without booking through her and getting travel insurance ever again. The hurricane delayed our trip, our insurance paid for it, Andrea booked the extra night for us hassle free with one text. We lost our travel vouchers within 30 mins of arrival. No problem! With one text Andrea has the problem solved and new documents uploaded in our travel portal. I would have pulled my hair out had I not booked with TWYC. But, thankfully we did and it was literally effortless, it took a he stress of traveling away, 100%

The service was outstanding beginning with detailed planning, continuing with assistance in trip preparation (detailed help in assembling required paper work and proper packing) followed by attentiveness to all in the group while traveling. She organized a pre-trip meeting for all in the group to facilitate final arrangements and allow us to meet out fellow travelers ahead of the trip. Customer service at its best!
