50th birthday cruise

Thoroughly Enjoyed my River Cruise

I had a great experience on my river cruise with Emerald. Crystal was very helpful in that she offered suggestions for cabin bookings and helped me get the cabin I wanted. She even was able to change my cabin booking a couple of times as I couldn't make up my mind. Most importantly, Crystal was there for me when I was having issues pre cruise registering with Emerald. Luckily Crystal was there to sort everything out on my behalf. It has been more than a pleasure booking trips with Crystal. Our trips have been exactly what we were expecting and more. We have been able to travel with no stress, arriving safely and organized.
