I should have done this ages ago but, Our honeymoon on the Paul?Gauguin in 2023 was incredible! Dianna helped us plan everything, starting with our pre-cruise stay at an all-inclusive beach resort it was like paradise. She took care of all the excursions, pre-booked activities, and made sure the logistics were smooth, so we didn’t have to stress about a thing. She even made sure our babysitter had all the info they needed in case of an emergency. On the ship, her tips made every day special, from private beaches to little hidden waterfalls. Even after we got home, she checked in to make sure we loved everything. It honestly felt effortless. I’m a busy working mom and business owner, and she made this trip one of the easiest, most amazing vacations we’ve ever had. We have done several trips with her and have had a few friends book with her as well, because they saw how easy she made it.

Our trip went very smoothly, and we’d like to thank Dianna for setting everything up so well. For future flights, we’ll definitely be pre-selecting our seats to make the journey more comfortable—that was on us this time! One tip we’d share with other travellers is to download the Citymapper app. It works globally and was a lifesaver for navigating transit—it showed us exactly which stops to use and how to get around with ease. In Paris, we stayed at Hotel La Bourdonnais and it was absolutely fantastic we’d highly recommend it. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we’re so grateful to Dianna for helping us make it happen.

When we discovered early in the morning at the check-in desk that our airline had cancelled our flight, Dianna answered our call. She proceeded to work very creatively and tenaciously to get us on our way. It was stressful but Diana kept calm and saved our holiday. Thanks Diana!

Our Celebrity Solstice cruise to Alaska was unforgettable. Dianna styled every detail perfectly from the Chef’s Table to glassblowing our own wine glasses, cheering at the lumberjack show, and feasting on endless Dungeness crab. The AquaClass suite and Blu restaurant were absolutely amazing, and sitting on our balcony watching the glacier calve was one of the most powerful moments we’ve ever experienced. Every recommendation was a hit we wouldn’t have discovered half of it without her!

Dianna, takes care of my travel insurance needs, and works in tandem with my Travel Best Bets  Agent who I have worked with for a few years, and is not certified to sell insurance. I love that they are truly a team and not competing against each other, this was shown recently when my agent was hesitant to work on a trip that she felt was beyond her expertise and asked both me and Di if Dianna would take it over. Dianna planned a last-minute all-inclusive getaway for us to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Every single day felt like a favourite! The location was perfect—we could relax at the resort or head out whenever we wanted. We had no trouble walking to two nearby malls, Costco, and Walmart, and even strolled into downtown. As avid walkers, the distances were easy and gave us the perfect excuse to burn off all the delicious food and drinks from the resort!

Dianna worked with us to create an amazing trip, it was in our budget and even more than what we were hoping to see and do with the budget we had, unfortunately life happened and we were unable to book. Dianna was very understanding and took the time to call us a few weeks later to check up on us and and express her hope things were working out ok.

Dianna, was kind and worked hard with us to ensure two widows in their late 80's had a blast on our first cruise. She made sure Princess knew we had hearing impairments, she went out of her way to help us figure out the apps, check in and even offered to meet us at the Port to ensure we had no difficulties, she saw what others didn't, we were ready for adventure!!!
