The amount of information this Main Mouse knows is unfathomable. She helped us create a perfect vacation for our kids - one who is a Harry Potter fan and the other is all about Star Wars. This is the first time we have ever used a travel agent. Having been a Cast Member for Disney (although it's been 10 years) and having been to WDW about 10 times, I always made our arrangements. But since our last trip, there have been so many new innovations, with the Magic Bands, Fast Pass +, etc., I was a little overwhelmed when doing my research. Our trip to Disney was memorable mainly because our Travel Agent Maralee custom made it to fit our needs. With two teens she was able to provide us with the best package that catered for all.
