My husband and I have not had the opportunity to travel until recently! We met Nancy through a friend - and right from our first meeting we felt that she really listened and was committed to making sure that we had a great trip! Initially we didn't know where we wanted to go - Nancy suggested a number of options! And we landed on going on a cruise on a tall ship - not something we could have come up with on our own! Throughout the planning process Nancy promptly (and patiently) responded to our endless questions and concerns! She also provided much needed reassurances at several points! Our trip required a number of different arrangements - flights, a cruise, shuttle transfers and hotel stays. All of these were fantastic and we were able to enjoy our trip without worrying about anything being problematic!! Our entire trip was beyond our expectations! And we are already planning our next adventure - a terrific outcome for such newbies!

Really enjoyed this Celebrity 3 Island Cruise organized by our travel agent, Nancy Joyce. Ship Crew were great,food was excellent onboard and changed daily,lots of entertainment to chose from and really enjoyed the pool too( great burgers served at pool side too) Already looking forward to booking our next cruise with Nancy!

Nancy is knowledgeable, personable and will answer any questions you may have in a prompt, professional manner. She also gives options so you can make a decision on the trip that you want so your expectations are met. She was able to coordinate flights so that our family would be able to fly together making it much easier since we have not been able to do this previously due to one way flights for part of the travellers and return flights for others. All this at a reasonable price !

Nancy's guidance throughout the entire process was incredible, and very much appreciated. She took care a lot of the logistics, and was very communicative and responsive to our questions. She made some suggestions that we did not even think of, which made our trip better. Will definitely contact her again for future trips.

I contacted Nancy via email and asked her to book a trip for 2 to Cuba. I also asked for a reasonably priced resort near Havana. This was done promptly and without difficulty. There were no problems with departure or arrival.

Nancy was awesome! We started planning our trip 6 months ahead of our desired vacation date. Nancy helped us get to all the destinations we asked for and more. She answered all our questions and made sure all details were complete. She checked in regularly before our trip and after we got home. Nancy researched several options and ultimately found us the perfect set of circumstances, a beautiful hotel close to the venue we wanted, guided us on the best way to get around the area and arranged for an anniversary note to be left in our hotel room!
She even did a check in to see if things were how we hoped, and I feel confident Nancy would have made sure things were right if they weren't!

Moved from Fort McMurray, Alberta back to the Vancouver BC area. Nancy was awesome at planning and booking my route back with various Hotels. A Uhaul problem changed some timelines and Nancy changed my bookings accordingly without skipping a beat. It was a major stress relief having her help. Very highly recommended.

All we knew is that we wanted to go to Disney World and then somewhere else in Florida. Nancy was a great help in picking areas that suited our style. She got much better flights than we ever did in the past when we booked ourselves. Nancy checked in with us several times throughout our 3 week trip, even though she was also on holidays.
