Plan ahead for those unexpected events!

I want to take a pause and talk to you about Travel Insurance. While this is not a sexy or exciting topic it's one that is important enough to be mentioned. I was a non-believer up until I had many of my clients get stuck in their destination and having to use the hotel/meals per diem while recovering, or missing a connection and having to over night while waiting for the next flight home.  My clients were happy they had the insurance to help them manage the expenses. Flight changes and costs were covered, the meals and hotels they stayed in were covered, and they were well taken care of and had peace of mind in knowing that they wouldn’t be out of pocket.

With weather uncertainty these days, and flights being cancelled (airline staffing shortages?), it is more important than ever that you're covered for these events. What about if you are flying to a port city to get on a cruise and the airline cancels your flight? What can you do to not miss this cruise? Well, fulsome travel insurance will cover you for this type of event and will make sure you get on that ship. 

Medical emergency? You get bitten by a shark, or have a fall, or...? Emergency medical insurance will cover you to get to the hospital and if you have to get home for any reason you're covered to do so. 

Be prepared, because if you are one of my clients you will be asked to seriously consider purchasing this coverage. Travel insurance is a price that you won’t regret paying if you need it – and I hope you don’t if you haven't got it.
