River Cruise Specialist

We had a fantastic experience with Shelli with booking and planning our river cruise. I have never worked with a travel agent before, but I’m very glad I reached out to Shelli to help me navigate river cruising as this was our first time. She was able to provide first hand experience and recommendations, and was even able to get us some credits which covered our gratuities! She always checked in and made sure to send us documents and information when it came up. Would definitely recommend to someone on the fence about working with a travel agent.

We booked a a flight to Rio and a city tour with Shelli and all of the details were clear and triple checked by her. She even provided reminders the night before so we had the details fresh and ready to go. We will definitely use Shelli again!

Seeing the gorillas in Rwanda was something I’ve dreamed of doing since I can remember. I never thought I could pull it together. With Shelli’s connections, her meticulous organizational skills, knowledge and expertise of all things (“wear long socks to keep the red ants away and thick soles shoes to prevent the sticks from penetrating into your feet”) she has created an itinerary for my family that is beyond anything I could have imagined. My son is immunocompromised and could not get the mandated yellow fever vaccine (an unexpected challenge and setback). Not only did Shelli help maintain calm during this VERY stressful time, she immediately went into action and used her network of contacts to connect with the biomedical agency in Rwanda and not only did we get a medical exemption, she arranged for a VIP reception at the airport to ensure smooth entry into the country for me and my children. I could go on and on but suffice to say, I would not be going on this dream vacation AND I would be out thousands of dollar if not for Shelli springing into action the way she did. Last year she did something similar when our flight to Iceland suddenly got cancelled the night before our trip and we nearly missed our 12 day Icelandic cruise. She didn’t sleep that entire night as she was frantically working to secure a new route for us which miraculously she did and salvaged our vacation at the last hour. Sure I could have saved a few bucks doing this by myself but would it have been worth it? No way! She makes the process easy, efficient, enjoyable and listens.. I mean really listens to what is important to me and then she stops at nothing to deliver that and more. Don’t think about it, just call her.
