d things about my experience working with Natalia! I just got back from a wonderful time spent in Gran Canaria. From the beginning, Natalia made everything very clear and made herself available to answer any additional questions. The entire trip was amazing. Everything was curated with care. Natalia did not set us up to visit typical tourist traps. We explored so much and were guided by true habitants of the island who were proud to show us what made their home special. We hiked a volcano, shopped and dined like the Canarians do, visited caves and tide pools, saw sand dunes that made us forget where we were visiting, and ended our trip on a private boat tour where we stopped to paddle board and relax on the water in tubes before having a delicious lunch prepared by the boat owners, a very hospitable husband and wife duo. When we were not on an adventure, we relaxed at the resort. I have never been to a more luxurious all-inclusive. Everything from the hotel design and decor to the delicious food that far exceeded our expectations, was perfect. We enjoyed the spa for an additional cost and enjoyed a 4-course meal prepared by Michelin Chef included in our stay. Natalia took all of the guess work out of the trip. From being able to select my own excursion options, to receiving the custom gifts Natalia sent for us. From start to finish I’d do it all again. You won’t regret booking with Natalia!

Have a lovely time

This was my first time working with Natalia and she left a great first impression. She's a great example of a true professional and being customer service oriented. Very much appreciate how timely she was responding to my questions via text or email, she was knowledgeable and informative, and I was impressed with her turnaround time of creating the travel package even when she was busy. The gift was a nice personal touch too. She offered for us to use the mobile app which was convenient to be able to access the itinerary and necessary documents (i.e. rental car reservation , flight info, AirBnb info) and still printed the documents anyway to include in the gift in case we needed paper copies. I was worried about how the government shutdown would affect my flight plans but Natalia did well giving me assurances and information to address my concern. Thankfully the shutdown was over before my trip even started. She made our trip to Puerto Rico easier for us to focus on enjoying ourselves instead of the minute details.

The trip was great and she did well given the fact it was a last minute trip. We got the flights booked asap so they wouldn’t get more expensive and the places we stayed at were very beautiful. There were a ton of things I wanted to do and she did great planning all of the things!

Great trip. Everything Natalia recommended was just right for our group. Extremely detailed itinerary!!! Loved this. Best of all though is that whatever question or issue that arose during our trip was promptly addressed by her with a quick text or call to her. Great service. We are already decided on planning our next trip with her.
