Wonderful experience

I have ALWAYS had excellent service with her and not one question has ever gone unanswered. Toni is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I have used Vacations with Toni to book a cruise to Alaska, a visit the Space Needle, a mini vacation to Catalina Island, plus numerous spur of the moment getaways.
The thing I like best about this agency is the fact that once your vacation is booked, it doesn’t end there. Toni constantly will check to see if prices have dropped and will then update your vacation.
On a cruise I had booked, the price had dropped and thanks to Toni, I saved about $400. If it were not for her, my price would have remained the same.
The cruise lines do not call you to tell you that their price had dropped, Toni is the one who will check to see if there were any new price discounts and change it for you. She does this because her main goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation at the best price possible.
