I've worked with Bill for a number of years for both International travel and travel within the United States. His upbeat personality and "Can Do" attitude make him a real pleasure to deal with. He presents me with multiple options to get where I want to go and takes care of rental car and hotel reservations along with flying when we need those services. I travel on the average of 6 to 8 times a year so Bill has his work cut out for him trying to figure out how to get us to all the strange and wonderful places we like to go. I would highly recommend Bill Beck!!!

Super Hero Travel Agent

BEST TRAVEL AGENT IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE.
I have used Bill for business travel for the last 11 years. I cannot begin to tell you how many jams he has gotten me out of, how many impossible connections and itineraries he has used "Bill magic" to cobble together, how many hours I would have otherwise spent waiting in lines at customer services counters that he has saved me.
One example: On a business trip to Orlando many years ago I was scheduled to fly out on a 6AM flight. My customer is the US Marine Corps, and several of them decided they wanted to stay out drinking the night before. About midnight EST (8PM AST) I emailed Bill to see if he could find me a later flight. He replied everything was booked solid but he'd keep looking.
At 4:30 AM I pried myself out of bed to find an email from Bill, subject line: "Sleep In!" He had stayed up until midnight and found me a seat on a 1PM flight home.
This is one of a hundred stories like this I could relate.

Fulfillment of Travel Dreams!

Bill has made my travel dreams come true! The trips have involved not only tours but also a great deal of independent travel. At times for the latter he's had to do considerable research for me. He's organized, efficient and a joy to work with! For some of the trips there has been a very thick binder of schedules and reservations, yet everything went off smoothly as planned.

Bill is an expert on booking diving and snorkeling vacations, having visited some of the best and most far-flung dive vacations. His background in diving himself has given him expertise in advising the check-list of needs and necessities that a diver needs to consider in planning their trip. Bill also works to get the lowest applicable fare and will offer alternate options for his client to consider.

We have had the pleasure of having Bill as our agent for a number of years.
He is very knowledgeable!!
Numerous times he has saved us money using companion fares.
Numerous times he has made complex arrangements for us with
cars, hotels, and planes on complicated itineraries.
Numerous times he has found us upgrades for better seating.
Numerous times he has called us back regarding a new improved itinerary.
He just didn't let the first one be the final one if a better journey plan came up.He did not get extra money for this work. It shows he cares about us and our travel plans.
He gets excited about our travel plans too. He is a pleasure to work with.
I hope he never retires!!!

'The Right Stuff'

I have worked with Bill and his staff for 5 or 6 vacations now to include a Panama Canal cruise and several visits to Cabo San Lucas. Each time they take into consideration what my wishes are and always seem to find a way to squeeze one more benefit in with no cost to me. I'm not comfortable with signing up for a vacation on line. Bill gives me a personal touch and with that comes a guarantee that I get what I think I'm getting. It takes all the stress out of vacationing abroad to know that there is a number you can call to get help if needed. I highly recommend giving ATS a try. ATS has 'The Right Stuff".

Most memorable, most fun trip ever

My husband and I recently vacationed in Bonaire with another couple. The arrangements were made by Bill Beck. Every detail of the trip was planned to maximize our enjoyment. He watched airlines prices, arranged a shuttle to our wonderful accommodations, even organized scuba diving and suggested restaurants for dinner. He led us to the best gelato place ever!! My sister is planning a month long trip to Alaska, and Bill will be doing all the travel plans for her, at my suggestion, as I want her to also experience a smooth, well planned, relaxing vacation. We love you Bill Beck!

Bucket List Trip Fulfilled

We contacted Bill as we wanted to work with someone local who knew the area well. Before starting to work with him we did formulate a proposed itinerary from our research and then had him fill in with things that he suggested and then had him book our hotels, flights etc. He had numerous suggestions based upon his "local knowledge" which ultimately made the trip even better than we could have hoped. Bill and I used the original itinerary sheet I had put together and exchanged it a number of times before it was finalized. I believe this helped us both in the planning of the trip in that we were always literally on the same page with what was the goal of the trip.

I adore Bill Beck! He was highly recommended from a friend and I've never gone anywhere else since then. I used to travel and feel like I didn't research the options correctly to best suit my and my families needs. Bill anticipates all our needs, just plain takes the time to understand who we are and takes it from there. He's intuitive and spot on every time. I need to go east to help my mother and Bill ensured I got there with all things covered. I can breathe knowing that he's on it. Bill is simply fantastic. I've worked with him for over ten years, and he's just excellent at finding flights at a moment's notice that fit with my requirements. Two weeks ago, our family was stranded in Portland over the holidays with no prospect of getting home for at least a week. Bill was immediately available to help and emailed & texted all our options over the next few days so we could assess which one would work best for us. He kept looking for us as new flights came online, he held reservations for us as we evaluated our options, and he was able to get us home earlier than expected against all odds--all while keeping our family's seating together and not having to pay extra (although we were willing to!). We are so grateful for his help. And he's done this same kind of thing for us countless times over the years. I don't usually keep vendor phone numbers in my Contacts list, but I do keep Bill's.

Bill and his Team are wonderful people to work with. They always find the best routes and fares for when I fly from Alaska to several locations in the lower 48. In one instance I was driving and did not realize the time zone had recently changed in AZ and I was headed to LV airport. I called Bill, explained that I would miss the flight. He had a flight rescheduled for me before I reached the airport.

I have known Bill Beck for 17 years, during this time he's been my only travel agent for business trips, family vacations and Diving expeditions. Bill's understanding of the travel business, experience and passion has proven over time an invaluable necessity to making my travel arrangements. Bill also has an extensive history of scuba diving as a profession and for pleasure. On many occasions I've had the opportunity join a group of divers on trips that bill has organized together and is the Quasi divemaster and leader of the group. Eclipse Trip

I wanted to go to the Oregon eclipse and only gave Bill a month's notice. I figured I would have to pay for a ticket but he actually found miles with just a small compromise on my part, on the dates I wanted. Hotel prices in Portland were astronomical, but after he got me into a chain I wanted, he kept checking daily and found a room became available at a much more reasonable rate in a fun part of town. At each point during the arrangements, he always offered me an option to save miles or money. I really did appreciated that.

I cannot say enough good things about Bill Beck. I have never met Bill, he came highly recommended by another tour guide I have worked with. I am way behind on the learning curve with International travel as I have not left the USA in about 30 years. Bill has been courteous and kind and so helpful each and every step of the way. Making the impossible happen in rural Alaska

Thank you for your excellent work for my business trip from Bethel to Quinhagak, Togiak and Dillingham all in one day. I do not normally travel with loose plans, so I felt that was asking a lot to arrange with little notice and nothing concrete. However, you responded so well and were very attentive. I especially wanted to thank you for being a comforting voice on the other end, and for working extra hard to get us a final flight and lodging at the last minute. Your flexibility is amazing, especially with all passenger flights canceled. The trip could not have worked out any better. Typically miracles do not happen traveling between multiple villages, but that you are the one who makes the impossible happen. It would have been hectic to get anywhere on our own, so thank you again.
