Heather was a delight to work with! She was very informative; if she didn't know the answer to my many questions, she would do the research and get back to me quickly with the answer. She was very helpful in getting our large wedding party on track, and our vacation was beautiful! After we returned, Heather checked in on us and ensured we received our credit for meeting the resort's requirements for extras!

She listens to what you want. We started planning our trip about 9 months in advance. Heather stayed in contact with me on a regular basis - if she didn't know the answer to my question, she got it very quickly!!! While on our trip, I needed help changing one of our transfers and she handled it quickly. I am so glad I found her and will definitely use her again!!

Heather was responsive and really knowledgeable about traveling to Europe. We got travel insurance at her recommendation and ended up filing due to an airline strike and it really paid off! We loved the yacht trip in Croatia on Katarina Cruise Lines!

I have not been a fan of cruises in the past but decided to join the women in my family on a small cruise ship along the Dalmatian coast of Croatia on a Katarina Line ship. Heather made all the arrangements, sent in advance our itinerary, description of the ship and expectations on board plus gave me the option to purchase travel insurance. The week on the ship flew by but yet had a relaxed intimate feel with only 26 passengers, visiting a different island and port each evening. I would not hesitate to recommend this cruise to friends and family and very much appreciated Heather’s experience and suggestions during the week.

Heather did a great job of helping us plan a family trip to Greece. I don't normally use a travel agent, preferring to do my own research, however I was overwhelmed, not knowing much about Greece. Heather took all the stress out of the planning by recommending an itinerary and things to do and see. Everything was taken care of - hotels, transfers to and from airports and ferries and tours. We had a wonderful trip and everything went smoothly for our group of 6. I would use Heather again.

Our experience with Heather at Enchanted Valise Travel, was nothing short of exceptional! Our family embarked on a Little House on the Prairie Pioneer Adventure trip via RV, covering 14 states in 25 days. Heather's knowledge & fine tuned travel expertise made it a seamless planning experience & took all of the stress out of organizing the details. She listened to our needs and fulfilled our requests, while also offering up helpful suggestions of places to visit en route to our various destinations, that we would never have thought of, and which only added to the wonderful memories we made!
