I typically am unafraid to plan my own travel and always do, but I totally did NOT want to do that for our recent family trip to Disney. We had six people with different agendas and arrival/departure times and park visits to juggle, so I turned to Zak, since I know what a Disney die-hard lover he is. He did an AMAZING job for us! He took care of coordinating everything from tickets to schedules to meal reservations in an efficient way (even checking back on places to see if availability had opened) and had everything laid out on a spreadsheet (my fave thing lol) to double-check and follow as our schedule. He taught us all how to use the complex Disney app and was thoughtful enough to check in with us on every day of our trip and was quick to answer questions if we had them while in the parks.
