Kristi DELIVERED on this vacation!! I shared some not-so-great things about an experience we had at a resort in Mexico a couple of years back that we booked ourselves and had a very specific set of priorities for this upcoming trip to ensure it was better for our whole family. Boy did she deliver! The resort she helped us select had all of our top priorities in mind and we were blown away. We absolutely loved it, and everyone had a great time!! Not only that, but Kristi was very helpful and consistently communicated with us before, during and after our stay and she was very responsive to our questions and needs. It made the process from start to finish very smooth!!

Dailey Family Cabo Trip

Kristi was amazing to work with to book our family trip to Cabo. She did tons of research to help us find the best All Inclusive Resort in Cabo. We had 10 of us aged 5 - 78. We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva which Kristi set us up for without a hitch. There was something for all of us to do there. For a family vacation with differing ages I would recommend this resort.
Our experience working with Kristi was so easy. Her details to research are bar none. Once we decided on The Hyatt she was 100% on top of all of the booking. We even had her book our air fare and excursions which was a godsend to me.
I give this trip and Kristi a Five Star Review!!

Easiest way to celebrate my 40th!!

Kristi made planning my 40th birthday to Cabo with both friends and family so easy. She started by narrowing down all the options that fit my criteria with all the pricing laid out and pros/cons, making the selection process so much easier than going from web site to website. She was the one who communicated with my group of 13 all the booking info, an itinerary and before the trip reminders. She was my liaison, communicating with the resort to ensure I got an incredible room and set up a private tequila tasting event. She also helped us book excursions. I was feeling intimidated planning travel for such a large group but Kristi made it soooo easy and we had a fantastic time! All of my guests were impressed with her communication and will be using her for their future travel needs as well.

Disney World Trip

This was our first trip to Disney World and we had such a great time. I was very nervous to attempt Disney and Kristi made the experience so wonderful. 10 Year Anniversary Trip

My husband and I traveled to Hawaii in September 2024. Kristi planned and prepared an extremely informative document laying out our week in Kauai, HI. She took the time to provide us with details on everything from our hotel, rental car, flights, best restaurants, excursions and more. She took the time to book our excursions for us and found time to organize our days so the whole trip was planned out and stress free. Kristi planned a wonderful all-inclusive vacation for my family. The experience was seamless from start to finish, and we had a wonderful time without the hours and headaches associated with planning a vacation. She was responsive and detailed, even in the midst of her own big life changes as she welcomed a baby WHILE we were in the middle of planning our trip. We had an extensive wish list and Kristi hit every single one of our "must-haves" and most of the "wants," too. Specifically, we needed a resort that would be careful and kind about our son's gluten allergy, which is not an easily searchable request. She scoured through reviews and called the hotels when we narrowed it down to confirm their allergy safety practices. We would definitely use Kristi again for any vacation needs!
