Anna did an excellent and very professional job helping us plan our cruise. She was attentive to our needs as far as what we wanted and made sure that every i was dotted and evert t crossed. All we did was packed our bags and enjoyed our trip.

I have never used a travel agent before Anna. I almost didn’t, but I followed a gut feeling. Boy, am I glad I did!!! I booked a week-long Disney trip in February 2023. The weekend before our first park visit, my mom and stepdad had to cancel. That would have left 4 unused, but paid for tickets to go to waste. Due to her professional connection with the company, Anna was able to get those tickets transferred to our name. I had paid for the tickets, therefore they were willing to make an exception. I am so so thankful she was my planner!
