Michelle is great! I never knew I needed a travel agent. She booked my honeymoon. We ended up having a disaster train trip and she was able to get us a full refund. I didn’t even think that was possible! She handled everything!

Her guidance on FastPasses, dining reservations, and park hopper options was spot-on, ensuring that we experienced all of our favorite attractions without the hassle.

I have used Michelle for numerous trips - Florida, Mexico, Hawaii, cruises, and even just for a hotel 2 hours away. Michelle makes it so easy to travel. Even when on the trip, she can assist with booking day trips/excursions.
I highly recommend getting travel insurance through Michelle as well - it came in very handy when my brothers luggage was temporarily lost by the airline. And covers things like trip delay or interruption, and medical care if needed.
