Lacey helped us in planning our first stay at a Universal resort and experience with a western Caribbean cruise. She was involved in every detail and answered lots of questions from newbies. Her expertise got us on rides at the park early in the day, that we otherwise would have missed due to long waits. She arranged shuttle trips to the resort and to Port Canaveral and then back to the airport after the cruise. We felt safe and there were no concerns. The cruise type recommended, ship, ports and even the excursions were perfect for first-time cruisers.
