European Vacation

Planned a trip to Europe with both Judi and Dave. It went perfectly smooth and they had tons of good suggestions for stuff to do, culutural activities, etc. They are chowhounds too, super restaurant tips also. PS- only reason they get four stars and not five is I NEVER give anyone five. And this was a land trip, I didn't have the choice to put that below it only said sea.

I have been using Judith for my ocean travel needs for over a decade. I will refer to only my first experience with her which set the way for the many, many future trips booked with her. While aboard a cruise I submitted a request on a site I'm not even sure still exists. There was one suite available on the cruise I was hoping to book. I got many replies from agents all over the country including Judi. Judi was the only one smart enough to put a hold on that suite. I could have been upset with her that she blocked the availability but instead I was impressed that she was a go getter and smart. That was the beginning of our long travel relationship.

I have been booking my cruises with Judi for quite a few years now. I have referred many of my friends to her. She is, without a doubt, one of the most proactive travel agents I have ever dealt with. She responds promptly and efficiently with requests for pricing, cabin availability and has no problem re-pricing your trip if the price comes down (all done without a fee!!!). She is extremely knowledgeable about all things cruises (whether it be ships, ports of call, embarkation ports, etc.). I am so glad I found Judi many, many years ago. Our 1st family vacation trip out of the country went off without a hitch! All thanks to Judi at Travel Detailing! Judi was there throughout the whole process for all my questions and concerns; often before I even asked. She treated us like family and prevented us from encountering any stressful moments from anxiousness as we tend to get from traveling with a toddler. 10/10 would recommend and will be planning another soon! Even though we are required by field to pick a destination, we have been happily working with Judi for 25 years on many occasions. It has been a remarkable quarter decade, with Judi always having looked after us and found us the best destinations or the best ships/cruise lines when that was what interested us.
