My three sisters and I wanted to take our elderly parents on a four night cruise and Adi suggested Virgin. I was a little hesitant at first but once Adi was able to get us a disabled room with four rooms right next to it, we were all in! Adi rented a scooter for my dad in advance, since he would not have been able to navigate the ship with just his walker. My elderly parents just loved the ship, the shows, the food, the help, the whole package. It never would have occurred to me to consider the cruiseline if not for Adi. The staff on the ship were so helpful with my dad, which enhanced the whole experience.

We got married on Celebrity Silhouette and Adi helped make everything happen and run smoothly. The wedding planning team took over the ceremony package details through the cruise lines. But Adi made sure all our guests were greeted promptly when entering our estate rooms with Champagne and strawberries. He went out of his way to discuss alternatives in case we did not want to pay for reception packages although we ended up paying just for more organization. He helped have our family of 39 sit together in the main dining room on our wedding evening. We couldn't recommend him more!
