Amazing Mediterranean Cruise

Dawn was great to work with when it came to planning my Mediterranean Cruise. She took care of everything from setting up my online cruise account, Dining Reservations, Shore Excursions & Flights. We did have a cancelled flight that needed to be rebooked and she made sure we were booked on a new flight home from Europe direct. Her attention to detail was great and I would highly recommend her as your Travel planner. I can not wait to book my next trip with her soon.

All Inclusive Moon Palace Cancun
I was looking for a great place to visit in Mexico and Dawn recommended The Moon Palace in Riviera Maya Mexico. What an amazing resort. There were so many great restaurants to dine in. We had so much fun at the Disco. The Pool is very big and spread out through the resort complex. If you have kids the kids club schedule was also amazing. They had water polo, beach volley ball, mini golf, feeding the iguanas, and so much more for kids to enjoy. If you love the Beach then I would skip this resort because there were days it was closed due to jelly fish and sargassum washing up on the shoreline. If you are not planning to sit on the beach I highly recommend moon palace. I can not wait to plan my next All Inclusive Destination with Dawn.

The cruise and the places it went to was wonderful
Loved visiting older places and restaurants in Rome. Ask the locals where to dine, as they certainly know the best places to eat. The structures in Greece and Italy were amazing. The heat and humidity was crazy hot in Italy in July. One of the locals said they have 2 Seasons Spring & Hell. Dawn was absolutely wonderful setting everything up for the trip from helping with the hotels, lining up the restaurants for group meals, suggested shore excursions & everything! Continued to remind us to do the things we needed to do, and gave us all the links to do the final preparations. We are very busy people and this helped out tremendously. Then we previously had a cancelled cruise due to a medical issue, that Dawn constantly stayed on top of and kept us on our toes with all along the way, eventually helping us get a new cruise booked in its place. Best travel agent I've ever dealt with, and now all our friend.
