I reached out to Lillian to plan a 60th birthday trip for my wife & myself. We also wanted to treat our adult kids and spouses so 6 pp in all. I have always wanted to experience the northern lights. Originally I thought about maybe Finland but we only had a week, and Lillian wisely counseled that we needed more time than we had to do that properly. We added several nights in Vancouver before and after the trek up north. She arranged for us to get extra amenities at our hotel including an upgrade and a $100 hotel benefit. She thoughtfully gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate. We really couldn't have asked for a more amazing trip.

I met Lillian in Antarctica and got to know her on the journey. I found out she had a lot of experience with Expedition cruising and had also been to the arctic. So I reached out for help booking an expedition cruise to Svalbard in May. She presented several options and ultimately booked me on a Quark Cruise out of Helsinki. Everything went great better! Lillian is very thorough, discussing all aspects of the trip. She booked a hotel for me the night before and counseled me on the best travel insurance which would covered more than just the cruise. She made sure my flights meshed with the cruise itinerary. She has this cool app that keeps all your reservations, documents and tracks your flights. Lillian invited me to join her on a whirlwind adventure to Fiji where we island hopped and stayed at some spectacular resorts. I know she spent several month researching and working on the itinerary because each place was different and perfect for what we like to do - hike, snorkel, visit the spa and enjoy long walks on a beautiful beach. Throughout the planning process, she kept me in the loop and asked for feedback but I just let her do her thing because I know she has the highest standard for herself and her clients. Lillian booked a trip to Italy this past March so I could go visit my daughter who was studying abroad in Florence. I had never been to Italy and wanted to see Rome and the Amalfi Coast. Dear Lillian, We had the BEST time in Phoenix! The Miralina was awesome and we definitely enjoyed the space of our suite ??. Our pool was amazing and Sam took advantage of the gym. Facilities were wonderful. We did a ton of stuff. Shopped in old town Scottsdale, went to the old soda fountain for ice cream for lunch, went to a cool consignment/vintage store Sam scored in, went to the last Rockies Spring training game and for the finale, went to Medieval Times one night. It was so awesome and hilarious! Ate a bunch of good food and really liked Scottsdale. Did not venture into a Waymo, though we thought about it. It was one of my favorite trips ever and I got to spend time and make memories with the baby. 5 star, A+++++++!!!

We learned so much about the region’s history and native aboriginal culture, and we especially loved the unforgettable experience of “dining” inside one of the caves. We also want to thank you for taking time out of the holidays to help us reschedule flights and transfers as we scrambled to make our way home from Patagonia for our international flight. You made such an effort, and we truly felt taken care of throughout a stressful situation. Your expertise is exceptional, and we have already recommended you to several friends who are eager to plan their own adventures.

Lillian planned our three-week trip to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and it was exceptional from start to finish. We were able to do and see everything we wanted without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Lillian did an amazing job planning our very complicated itinerary to Italy this past September. We began in Verona, where we attended the opera, then flew to Barcelona to embark on an Explora cruise and ended spending a week in Rome. From start to finish, Lillian seamlessly arranged all flights, private transfers, and logistics, and even custom-planned a surprise birthday experience for my husband in Monte Carlo. Originally, we were scheduled to be picked up in a Rolls-Royce but the vehicle unexpectedly broke down. The supplier Lillian worked with sprang into action and completely saved the day. A luxury sedan arrived instead, beautifully prepared with flowers and champagne, instantly turning things around and setting a wonderful tone for the experience. We had a wonderful lunch in the town of Eze in Provence overlooking the ocean. After the cruise, Lillian organized our transfer to Rome and arranged truly unique experiences, including a visit to lesser-known catacombs and a private tour of the Vatican. We were consistently impressed by her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to handle unexpected situations with ease. We greatly appreciated all of her hard work and enjoyed our trip immensely.
